Starbucks Okada Manila Coral Wing — Restaurant in Parañaque

Aside from the ambiance, this is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to.

They do not have any cold drinks available. When asked for the reason, they said no ice. And not because the ice maker is broken. They just don't have ice.

Service is also less than desirable. The baristas do not listen to instructions and seem very very stingy. At other locations, the barista gives 3 honey packets for a venti size hot tea. However, they only give 2 here and charge for any extra.

Unless you are addicted to Starbucks and need a Starbucks fix, I'd suggest you wait and...

Nothing beats Starbucks in relation to queue... is it really because of its popularity and status symbol or is it more of its products?! Regardless of the reasons, I am glad SB is doing their best to provide fast and utmost customer service which they are known for. This store beside the Okada fountain show is kind of small that is why you really have to line up and wait for a lil while. It's nice they added tables and chairs outside. Some products here cost somewhat higher. It's still worth buying a grande of caramel...

I have 3 PWDs in my family, we went to buy coffee before we go home and went to take priority lane, we were told that only PWD can be transacted and companions should take the regular lane, we understand that the line was long however please understand that PDW cannot go home without the companion. That is the reason why PDW +1 companion is usually the policy. This is the only branch who treated us this way. Very disappointing experience. I dont usually post comments but this is unexpected experience in Okada starbucks....
