NEVER BOOKED ONLINE WITH THEIR WEBSITE. IT'S A FRAUD!!!! I treated my family in PH to visit you guys last September 4, 2024 to celebrate my baby sister's 18th birthday. My sister has autism syndrome and she loves slime and it's a dream for her to visit GOOTOPIA, unfortunately, we got to experience the incredibly terrible customer service and rude staff. I booked and PAID online using your website. Even before the reservation day my mom tried to call the place to confirm everything's good, NO ONE ANSWERED. My family drove from Quezon Province to SM MOA, got there at approximately 1PM, the booking was at 4PM. Employee said my booking was pending and can't do anything about it, employee is also asking my mom to take responsibility for the pending reservation because the employee had no idea what to do and CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I can't understand how was that my responsibility and on my part still when I literally done the booking online, completed info, completed credit card info, did a security purchase, and did PAID using my credit card AND THEY SAID I AM STILL PENDING?? SO WHAT NOW?? EMPLOYEE WAS ASKING ME FOR HER TO LOOK AT MY BANK ACCOUNT. THIS IS INSANE!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE A BUSINESS ASK TO TAKE A LOOK AT MY BANK ACCOUNT. They shooed away my family and asked them to wait and come back when she figured it out. For God sake I did another booking and PAID for it at the second time. I have the reservation code and everything. My family went back and told them I booked another one if they can't find the first booking, and still, these Ignorant employees said it's pending and can't do anything about it. LIKE IT'S MY FAULT THAT THEIR WEBSITE IS POOR AND THEY ARE CLUELESS HOW TO SOLVE IT. I asked for a manager and they just left us waiting for more time and no manager came out, but a supervisor. Again, even this supervisor is BRAINLESS. They said they will only let my family come in when I show them my bank account or my mom pays in cash. I've never seen a fraud with a face before. Waking me up at 4am my time asking for my bank account and pay them thrice. THIS BUSINESS IS A COMPLETE JOKE. Knowing that my sister is a PWD, she's a priority anywhere she goes and these Gootopia employees just violated it, made her wait and ruined her day. They just triggered her to throw her tantrums on their way home, RUINED...
   Read moreWe went on a weekday Monday 3pm. preface. when we got in the place, we were supposed to be oriented after washing our hands. But the staff got distracted and just pointed to where to start... from their it was just frustration and self discovery. Based on someone elses orientation which i heard almost at the end of the 3pm session, there are 9 station a few needed more than 1 staff. unfortunately they were understaff so we needed to wait for the line which is ok, but there are un manned stations which could have lessen the wait time of others. this is not an affordable experience. they charge 700 if u book online for 1 hour session. if u have a kid. that would be 2. my kid was happy because of the slime and kinnetic sand. but for those who saved up to experience this, i would suggest use ur money elsewhere like kidzoona. if u got money to spare check how many people booked for the hour and hope that only a few people get in caise if it was like mine. even after the session 3pm started they let people in through the hour which cause waiting time for all. note we only did 8 station some station i didnt participate they just signed..

   Read moreHeld my daughter's birthday party at Gootopia! ...and for the price paid, it is a bit of a rip off/ no value for money. I gratefully give credit to the friendly staff efforts but it felt too amateurish! I was told event supposed to start 10AM on a Saturday when no guests could access the mall before 10AM and set up was not even ready anyways. The place had 5-6 attractions so the kids were done within an hour. Party games were a bit lame, failed to get the kids' attention. Food was not that good...i was also a bit annoyed that I had to insist on having proper drinks for the kids instead of just water (for a birthday party, that is just taking people for fools!). Definitely regretting hiring the in house photographer, very mediocre job...
Well, the place only opened early August, owners should focus more on providing guests with the best experience. Word to mouth would then get the pesos rolling. But as it stand I cannot...
