The customer Service, deliveries, and coordination are one of the worst experiences I have had. Our deliveries where not prioritized and we had to wait for several hours and there where no deliveries. We coordinated with them for more than two weeks on when the furnitures will be delivered and on the day itself we where marked for last delivery. We have called them several times and they said they will call us back once they have checked, but then they never called back after 3 hours of waiting so we had to call them again. After many arguments they still did not understand the situation they where in. We canceled our orders but they seemed to refuse which led to 1 hours worth of an argument! They tried delaying us until they received a message to tell us that our orders where being delivered. All their excuses...

Poor after sales experience and coordination of their branch team and delivery items. Went through so much trouble before our purchased item got delivered. We failed to even check the item delivered completely and was not brought up to our condo unit and assembled due to the time it got delivered.
