It was a rainy day and we were seeking for something that fits the weather. Two of our nieces were with us and it was their first time to eat at Ramen Nagi. Upon entering the resto, the greeter was very welcoming, it was a busy night but good thing we were able to get seats. Everything was going well until the server assigned to our seat assisted me.

The way you order at Ramen Nagi is to fill up a form where the type of ingredients are chosen, I noticed that the the form given to me was already filled up and it was actually the opposite of the ingredients I want on my ramen so I asked for a new form. The server told me that it's ok to use the form given to me and just to put an "X" on the ones I don't like. I thought, ok, I can work w/ that but it was a bit unpolite. I just used the used form and got on in ordering our food. I asked the server if there's any way I can have the onion springs separated on a saucer instead of it mixed on my ramen but she said, "NO". This is where I really felt how rude this sever was. We normally eat at Ramen Nagi Trinoma and I asked for the same favor from them and it was ok. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but this particular server seems to be having a bad night that she turned down simple requests.

I just brushed off those things but the server's rudeness was so intolerable, I was the first one to finish my ramen and just right after putting my chopsticks down, the server asked if I was done and took my bowl as if she was asking me to leave right away and that really turned me off. My partner told me, maybe they just need more bowl to use because it was a busy night but the odd thing was, when the rest of my group finished their food, none of their bowl was taken. I was trying to get the name of the server but that night, SHE was the only one who was not wearing a name tag. I hope the management of Ramen Nagi MOA reads this review. The server made me feel so disrespected & I wouldn't consider eating on that branch again...

Lining up in the queue wasn't so bad. We probably waited for about 10-15 minutes, giving us time to chitchat outside first. It's so much easier to wait when you have people to talk with. Seats for waiting outside were available.

Chicken Karaage Each piece was cooked very well! Coating was crunchy, white meat was very hot and tender, and the dip kept it interesting. Eating fried chicken can only go so far without sauces and dips.

Green King I was actually about to try the limited king "Mexican King" ramen and good thing the server gave me a heads-up on how spicy it was. I easily shifted to the Green King right away! As always, every spoonful was very tasty. Quantity, thinness, and flavor of the shoulder meat were extremely satisfying! Kaedama (noodles) were prepared perfectly, extra hard, and I could only wish I ordered extra. But because we already had gyoza and karaage, we were all set.

Gyoza Anything similar to a dumpling, I'll have. Give it to me steamed, fried, or even sizzling, it's mine! These were good even without sauce.

Service Everyone was lively; hearing them shout has already grown on me. Ordering ramen on a sheet of paper with a colored pencil is always fun, and the waiting time was reasonable. Paying the bill was just as...

Your servers are serving us with Frown faces. The girl who 1st served us did not even greet us and she doesnt know our order very well eventhough though we wrote it already on the paper and she was kinda Grumpy. 2nd, The girl in black uniform was so angry since she said the CR is out of order eventhough it was perfectly fine when I got in there, when I finished she just shut the door and put barricade on it and saw her angry eyes staring at me cause I used the CR she is not polite to the customers. And Lastly, the girl named Alexa we asked her to take out our leftover however when she gave the food she just throw it far from us. It was like they are all Angry and Tired and We customers just want to have a good meal and a great customer service. This would be our first and last dine in experience in Ramen Nagi. Hope you will do something about it. It's kinda Rude that we have to pay your Service Charge and we had the worst customer...

My workmates and I went to MOA for lunch and decided to try Ramen Nagi—and it was a great choice! I ordered the Wonder Kakuni King, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The kakuni (braised pork) was incredibly tender—almost melting in the mouth. Personally, I felt it was a little too soft, almost like it was overcooked, but I know some people actually prefer their meat that way. It really depends on your taste! The place itself gave off that authentic Japanese restaurant vibe—bright, clean, and welcoming. It felt like stepping into a ramen shop in Japan, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was fast, and the staff moved quickly, but it would’ve been nice if they smiled a bit more since they seemed a bit serious. Still, no complaints about how efficiently they handled things. All in all, it was a satisfying ramen experience, and I’d still recommend it to anyone craving bold, savory flavors.

It was late Saturday night, almost closing time and there's still a queue, not that long wait though. Place is clean and organized despite the seemingly busy day it has already been; visibly noticed on the tired but still smiling faces of attendants and waiter. Service is still prompt and courteous, though one can feel the vibe of exhaustion given the very busy restaurant even at that late hour with the restaurant still full and busy. I had the signature Butao Tonkotsu ramen. It was served just right hot temperature for eating. The broth is tasty good, full body with a pinch of spice and a tad saltiness of tonkotsu broth. The noodle is al dente. The chasu is tender with flavorful smokiness. Menma is a bit chewy and rubbery. Karaage is crunchy on the outside, tender inside. Tasty and gingerly hot. All in all good comfort food to have on a chilly night. Pricey, yes! But good food doesn’t come cheap.

At work i told my friends i would like to eat the best ramen in town. Surprisingly, they have different answers than mine. Curiousity made me try a different resto and i was so happy i tried their suggestion. While im a Butao type of person and prefer miso based ramen but the Red King was a welcome and delightful variation. The spiciness was simply great. The Black King was also so rich, flavorful and delicious. A word of caution, servings are huge and you cant consume it all despite a voracious appetite. If you order gioza and chicken karaagi other than your ramen, expect so much left overs. Sadly, they strictly implement a no take home policy. So if you dont want to waste food in the bin you will end up eating so much and feeling so full to the brim and fearing you will burst or puke anytime.😭 This is a must try! Truly authentic japanese ramen!!! It's like eating one in Tokyo once again.♥️♥️♥️
