We recently tried Jinjoo Korean Grill, hoping for a great meal and experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and let down. The customer service was quite poor. We waited for what felt like forever just to place our order, even though it wasn't busy. And it was frustrating to see the staff paying more attention to foreign customers than to us locals. The food was just okay, but definitely not worth the high prices. I was hoping for that authentic Korean flavor, but it fell short of my expectations. The atmosphere was nothing special either, lacking that cozy vibe you'd want in a Korean restaurant. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Jinjoo Korean Grill. There are better options out there for a more enjoyable Korean dining experience.

Cool place to dinne in but can be busy-chaotic on weekends. Staff was very polite but service might take a while to be served or they might forget your order. Food has good presentation, but everything is packed with sugar, even a simple beef broth becomes nasty with the amount of sugar on it. Chefs are probably Filipinos (no offense). There's also no unlimited food, everything is a la carte and pricey (set options aren't tempting). As a big fan of korean food and of traditional korean dishes, this place entered to one of the worst experiences so far in terms of KR bbq in PH. Its not terrible but it's not good either. Won't recommend.

Wow, I can’t believe that it has been years that you guys are receiving bad reviews with your service and you haven’t improve yourselves. I have unfortunately tried your restaurant and proved what kind of lousy beings are your staff. It takes too many follow ups to get the orders. Staff feels like it’s “Biernes Santo”, you could smile guys, just a reminder. Word of advice, if you don’t want customers to keep bothering your staff, maybe you need to change your setup. Don’t make customers feel like we owe everything we need to you because we have paid for it. Food is good.

This restaurant really fell short of my expectations. 1) The meal plans are not as advertised. The set for 2 is barely enough for 1 person, and the set for 4 is only enough for 2. 2) The small kimchi dishes are supposed to be unlimited, but they are very stingy and reluctant to serve more if you ask. 3) There's a service fee of about 300P. What can I say? Two of us spent around 3600P, and as a meat lover, I ended up eating more rice than meat. Terrible experience.

It was June 18,2023 and It was Father’s day and literally had a long queue. It took a bit time before we finally sat in. It was such a busy service for the staff and despite the busy day, Sir Jonathan (supervisor/manager) made sure that me and my family was taken care of. The food tastes really good and the type of service he provided us made me wanna come back. Thank you, Sir Jonathan and the rest of the team. It was indeed an incredible experience with you guys!

Service is great from the greetings at the door to having a personal waiter cooking the meats. Get the set menu in order to taste a combination of pork and beef cuts which comes along with unlimited side dishes. Also an optional bottomless Ice Tea which goes a long way. I think there is only one toilet in the restaurant to share for all and the restaurant is a little expensive hence why 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, great food, great service and very clean
