My nephew architect recommends this place starting sunset coz it probably looks glittery with Christmas lightings. But I tried experiencing it at 3pm. Nothing special, not a place to come back to if u just want to eat, coz of the expensive food and limited options. There is a huge Korean resto, Organico in front with expensive dining and breakfast options, Bambu milk tea, and a coffee shop. The parking lady blocks u from entering to give u a ticket, and a sign is posted no exit for unvalidated parking. What the heck!? We saw an art gallery setting up for opening, but I asked and they seemed not to have paintings from well known artists. A gallery of amateur artists? And to top it all, PUP is in front, but students are not millionaires, unless they drive a Porsche and have credit cards to burn. The lessor should have asked KFC, McDo, and other affordable fastfood chains to open since a college is just in front. Already 4pm & nobody inside. If customers come at night, with only 2 options, a third if u consider the coffee shop, and a 4th if u include Bambu, who would come back to pay parking? And it is cheaper to park in Galleria or Megamall. The restos are startups and not known. The developer should have asked Wolfgang Puck to open. Such few tenants, the rent and CUSA must be the reason why they r forced to charge Michelin star prices, even if they r startups. For me, if the restos get customers only at night, they will breakeven after 3 weeks per month; and most of them, none at all. Never charge parking, as free validated parking is the only solution to boost sales for tenants. Parking is also difficult to maneuver and few, as the architect obviously failed to plan it well. They allowed parking 2 cars in a slot front to back, meaning the front must be valet parking, and ur car trapped at the back.
Imagine, this is just infront of PUP and the students don't...
