Bought ticket only to know that the museum is under renovation and you get to see only the 1st floor which also doesn't offers a lot to be seen but there's just a room full of dices 🎲 where you can play a game of rolling the dice and finding the matching numbers amongst them. 2 stars rating because at least I saw something and also won the dice's game!
If the museum is under renovation, why don't you disable the option of buying tickets online?
It's been such a disappointment to not being able to see anything at all. When I asked for a refund at the ticket counter, I was told that it's not possible to get a refund. The lady said that you can come again on a free admission day but they don't understand that I bought a ticket so as to have access to an open storage for which I'll have to buy the ticket again in the future. Besides, it's not easy to travel again and again if you don't live in Łódź. She also claimed that the website has all the details, which is not true. Otherwise, why would I buy ticket and waste my time, energy and money to visit them?
If you're planning a visit from a far away place, I would highly recommend calling them and asking if the renovation is done even before you buy tickets otherwise you'll be disappointed...
Read moreWe visited the MS2 Art Museum on Sunday afternoon. At the time we visited, there were 3 different exhibitions (you have to pay for them separately). In this exhibition, you are a participant in the game; roll the dice; arrange them in a row; find this dice pattern on the wall from among the 46,656 possible combinations. If you happen to find yours, then you have won, if you don’t, then that means you have lost. The installation included a table with six dice and panels filled with rows of dice, showing the results of possible throws and uniformly covering the walls of the room. Unfortunately, we didn't find our...

The art in MS1 and 2 is excellent (from what I saw). However, I bought a joint full price adult ticket for two days, 17 and 18 August. When I visited MS2 on 18th, the main part of the exhibition was closed. This is fine, I understand that collections need to be rearranged etc. However, there should be an appropriate reduction in the ticket price if customers are unable to view the entire collection. If you ordered something from a menu in a restaurant and were only provided with half of the meal, no one would accept this.
Please treat...
