The Multimedia Fountain in Warsaw – A Magical Experience of Water, Light & Music! Visiting the Multimedia Fountain Park was one of the highlights of my weekend in Warsaw. Located near the Old Town, this fountain truly comes to life in the evening during its spectacular shows.

The light-and-music performance is simply breathtaking — dancing water jets synchronized with colorful lights, laser beams, and sometimes even video projections on a curtain of water! All of this set to a soundtrack that blends classical music with modern hits. The atmosphere is both romantic and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for everyone.

What’s even better is that the show is completely free. It does get crowded, so it’s a good idea to arrive early to grab a good spot. There are plenty of benches, green areas for picnics, and food trucks nearby if you want a snack or coffee.

In July 2020 the fountain was closed and empty with no water. Obviously the water shows are not taking place in this period. The information on the official website refers to the schedule of year 2019, which is already indicative of the fact that the water shows have not resumed. However, it was not clear as it is not spelled out on the web site and I could not find any recent updates.
