Large and beautiful Japanese garden. Large and beautiful Japanese garden. I don't really have anything to compare it to. I was in the Japanese garden only in Monaco. There is much more territory and a large number of tall trees. There are much more koi carps here, but they are smaller and they are not used to eating from their hands. It is better to come on less hot days to relax and spend an hour or two there. Lots of people on weekends.I was in the Japanese garden only in Monaco. Japanese Garden located within Szczytnicki Park is a gated garden with carefully arranged landscaping as well as walking trails and bridges overlooking the lily pond. Admission is paid upon entry. There are plenty of benches and sitting areas just outside this garden and within the park but not so much within the Japanese Garden itself. This garden is adjacent to the Centennial Hall and the Zoo is within walking distance across the street. There is a small bistro near the fountains next to the Centennial Hall. Also, there are often food trucks near an overpass. Plenty of restrooms near the Japanese Garden, next to the Centennial Hall and near the Bistro within the Szczytnicki Park Centennial Hall area as well.

**Bewertung des Japanischen Gartens in Breslau am 28. Mai 2024** Unser Besuch im Japanischen Garten in Breslau hinterließ leider einen enttäuschenden Eindruck. Der Eintrittspreis von umgerechnet 9,89€ für zwei Personen erschien zunächst angemessen, doch das Erlebnis entsprach keineswegs den Erwartungen, die man an einen japanischen Garten haben könnte. **Unfreundliches Personal** Schon beim Betreten des Gartens wurden wir von unfreundlichem Personal empfangen. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind essentielle Aspekte eines gelungenen Besuchserlebnisses, besonders in einer Anlage, die zur Ruhe und Entspannung einladen soll. Leider war davon nichts zu spüren, was den ersten negativen Eindruck hinterließ. **Lärmbelastung durch Schulklassen** Ein weiteres großes Manko war die Anwesenheit zahlreicher Schulklassen, die in Heerscharen den Garten durchkämmt haben. Die Lautstärke war beträchtlich und machte es nahezu unmöglich, einen Moment der Besinnung oder inneren Einkehr zu finden. Ein japanischer Garten sollte ein Ort der Ruhe und Kontemplation sein, doch dieser Aspekt ging durch den Lärm der Gruppen vollständig verloren. **Pflanzenvielfalt enttäuschend** Die Pflanzenvielfalt im Garten war eine weitere Enttäuschung. Viele der Pflanzen entsprachen nicht dem, was man typischerweise in einem japanischen Garten erwarten würde. Die Authentizität fehlte, und es war schwer, sich in eine japanische Gartenlandschaft hineinzuversetzen, wenn die Vegetation nicht stimmig ist. Wer die Pracht echter japanischer Gärten kennt, wird hier bitter enttäuscht. **Zusammenfassung** Insgesamt lohnt sich der Besuch des Japanischen Gartens in Breslau nicht, insbesondere nicht für diejenigen, die die Schönheit und die authentische Atmosphäre echter japanischer Gärten erlebt haben. Der Eintrittspreis steht in keinem Verhältnis zum gebotenen Erlebnis. Der Garten bietet weder die Ruhe noch die ästhetische Authentizität, die man erwarten würde. Unfreundliches Personal und die massive Lärmbelastung durch Schulklassen trugen zusätzlich zu einem insgesamt unbefriedigenden Besuch bei. **Fazit** Wer einen Ort der Besinnung und inneren Einkehr sucht, sollte sich anderweitig umsehen. Der Japanische Garten in Breslau kann diese Erwartungen nicht erfüllen und hinterlässt einen enttäuschenden Eindruck. Letztendlich kommt hinzu, dass niemand der englischen Sprache mächtig ist und selbst die Beschilderung nur mangelhaft ist

Important: Open 1-Apr to 31-Oct only! スゴい! A little bit of Japan in Wrocław. Very well maintained. If you can tune out the street sounds and the multimedia fountains then you'll find it a calming and tranquil experience. Perfect for meditation. Come in May for the vibrant bloom, come in October for the fall colors. Absolutely worth the price. The adjacent multimedia fountain gets a bit loud every hour on the hour for a short while. Note some areas require small hops between stones on the lake and streams. As such these areas are not accessible to wheelchair or less mobile people.
