Great view of Angra, easy to reach by car. There are some artillery old cannons in the surroundings, toilets, places for picnic etc you may find roosters and deers walking freely around

A nice monument and viewpoint at the top of Monte Brasil park. Great place to get pics of Angra do Heroísmo. Most day tours take you here and it's definitely not a view to miss.

Sehr schöner Aussichtspunkt mit alten Geschützen aus Kriegszeiten. Diese lassen sich sogar immer noch bewegen. Zudem sind ein paar Bunkergänge noch vorhanden. Der Blick auf die stadt ist grandios und es leben viele Tiere auf dem Berg. Wir haben zwei Rehe, Hühner, Rebhühner (?) und Katzen gesehen. Man kann super mit dem Auto hochfahren und oben direkt parken. Sollte man auf jeden Fall besucht haben, vor allem wenn man mit dem Auto da ist. Der Ausblick lohnt sich. Bei guter Sicht kann man auch die Nachbarinsel Sao Jorge sehen.

Best views of Angra do Heroísmo with historic canons that you can move around. Full with animals all around. Worth it! I recommend hiking but you can also get there by car

Nice view, unfortunately some tourits are very ignorant and parking cars all over the place, despite there is large dedicated parking lot 100 m from this obelisk.
