Spotlessly clean with great view. Basic (really basic) accommodation for great price. Pros: location very good, excellent friendly hosts and got me several things I asked for (like a bowl for cereal and another flat sheet), walk to many attractions (as long as you don't mind hills). Bed comfy, fan provided (nice cause humid even early October). Cons: kitchen pretty bare, kettle and microwave, few dishes, no toaster and size of a closet. Not much room for folded clothes storage, need a couple of folding suitcase holders. On busy street with cars/trucks whizzing by just a couple of feet outside door (careful). Parking a bear, max 4 hours paid or free parking (what is supposed to be) 200M away but it's 700M (I measured it). Water pressure and temperature control in shower, forget about it. All in all, a decent value stay with great view and excellent hosts (left me a piece of apple pie upon check in, nice touch, and another on my last night). The house has a great location very close to the centre and also close to a place where you can park for free (which you can't in front of the house or in the city centre). The host was very kind even though English wasn't her strongest language. The room was small, but clean and well equipped. There were two drawbacks: 1) the room didn't have a window and the bathroom was a bit damp - it was hard to dry clothes and towels. 2) Even though the place and the city is quite calm, the door leads to a stone paved road, so if a car or motorbike goes by, you can hear it well. El sitio está frente al mar, es el punto favorable. Un obsequio de la casa, tarta de manzana, tres porciones, que no puedo comer, por intolerancias. Un poco arriesgado dejar dulces sin saber si la persona puede o no comerlo. Es una pena que tengan que acabar en la basura. Mesa y sillas para poder trabajar, televisión, wifi, zona de cocina, con refrigerador, microondas, hervidor de agua y algunos sobres de infusiones y azúcar. El baño grande, aunque yo no usé la ducha, iba a nadar a la piscina climatizada cercana todas las tardes y me duchaba allí. Toallas en el baño. El Sr. indicó muy ampliamente la información para hacer el check in con detalle. Si vuelvo a Angra valoraría el sitio por ubicación, así le indique al dueño, siempre que el colchón sea mejor. Algunas cosas se tienen mejorar, por poco dinero más encuentras alojamiento mejor.

El colchón no era cómodo ya, la madera no es suficiente para que el colchón sea cómodo, habría que cambiarlo ya. Música alta y baile una noche, desde las 20.55 una noche, que cesó cuando puse mi queja en Booking, después de 30 minutos de aguantar( Justamente ese día me habían dejado de nuevo una porción de tarta de manzana, que se quedó sobre la mesa, porque no lo puedo comer, y las otras dos porciones ya las había tirado) y por la que pidió disculpas en un mensaje de la aplicación el dueño y personalmente la mañana que marché. No me gustó nada que el Sr. me pusiera un mensaje por Booking indicando que pusiera una valoración alta, para mantener el nivel, no como otros invitados mezquinos e ingratos...
