It’s a very picturesque trail, similar to the “path of gods” on Amalfi coast in Italy. The trail leads to several less-visited, almost private beaches that are only accessible through the trail. So I would recommend you starting the trail earlier in the day, find a good beach and enjoy your afternoon, return by evening. Although the trail is clear, it’s not marked by sign bards, so you just need your intuition and keep pushing forward - you won’t get lost. It is really well marked and is accessible for any fitness level (except the second beach, access to which is a real climbing exercise with the rope).
