It’s a very picturesque trail, similar to the “path of gods” on Amalfi coast in Italy. The trail leads to several less-visited, almost private beaches that are only accessible through the trail. So I would recommend you starting the trail earlier in the day, find a good beach and enjoy your afternoon, return by evening. Although the trail is clear, it’s not marked by sign bards, so you just need your intuition and keep pushing forward - you won’t get lost. We started the trail near Calixtos beach bar near Armacao de Pera, and walked for about 45 mins until we reached a point where trail seemed to go into a private resort. Unsure of the way forward,...

Really nice coastal hike. The trail begin at Praia do Molhe car park. It is really well marked and is accessible for any fitness level (except the second beach, access to which is a real climbing exercise with the rope). As for today, the end of the trail (approx 20 min from the final spot) is closed due to alleged rock fall and is not accessible. All in...
