The trail leads to several less-visited, almost private beaches that are only accessible through the trail. So I would recommend you starting the trail earlier in the day, find a good beach and enjoy your afternoon, return by evening. Although the trail is clear, it’s not marked by sign bards, so you just need your intuition and keep pushing forward - you won’t get lost.
