Doca de Belém — Attraction in Lisbon

The marina is located in a good place. it is understandable that in a country without many islands there is not much demand for a marina. But the authorities, that as it seems discovered lately the benefits of tourism, should have known that a marina is a classic attraction for tourists, even if they are not sailors. The place looks a little abandoned. I heard that the staff are friendly and doing their best (as most people in Portugal that we had contact with). But it looks like someone should pay more attention (and investment)...
