I’ve been to this place countless times and have always enjoyed it — I even recommended it to friends and colleagues. Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing and frustrating. We ordered two drinks and 12 oysters, and it took 45 minutes for them (oysters) to arrive. During that time, we needed to clean table on our own from previous guests and several groups who ordered after us were served their oysters before we even got ours.

After 35 minutes I had to remind the staff about our order, and even then it took another 10 minutes before the oysters were served. Instead of an apology, the response I got was, “How many did you order?” When the oysters finally arrived, the service felt rushed and rude.

What made this extra frustrating is that we had come from the other side and ended up missing our ferry back because of the delay. That wasn’t the main issue, though — the real disappointment was the lack of care and acknowledgment from the staff.

The oysters are still great, but the service was rude and the wait of 45 minutes is unacceptable...

This place is an absolute hidden gem for oyster lovers! I have never had oysters this fresh before-they were unbelievably delicious and bursting with flavor. I went for their amazing €20 deal, which includes 12 oysters, and it was worth every cent. The oysters were impeccably fresh, and the setting made for a perfect aperitif experience. This small kiosk offers a charming, casual yet refined atmosphere, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality you get. The oysters deserve 5 stars. The value is excellent (3 oysters + glass of wine = €8). The location is wonderful, so why only 3 stars? The service was dismal. Not sure if the young man was awake. Waited 15 minutes for second plate of oysters which we paid for but he had forgotten. (Two people, two glasses of wine, two plates of oysters. Not difficult.) Still, we weren't the only ones. Another table of two got only one plate instead of two, and yet another table didn't get their oysters at all! Please employ people who can stay...
