Style Over Substance: A Disappointing Dining Experience This establishment certainly knows how to create a visually appealing atmosphere. The interior decoration is undeniably stylish, and the view is, without a doubt, its most significant asset. I'd even extend a nod to their cocktail menu; the Bloody Mary I enjoyed was well-crafted and a promising start. However, the positive aspects unfortunately end there, overshadowed by a series of frustrating experiences. The annoyance began even before we arrived, with persistent and frankly, nerve-wracking calls to confirm our reservation, despite our having already confirmed via both text message and email. This reached an almost comical level when we received yet another call just seven minutes past our booking time, while we were en route – a peculiar approach in a country where punctuality is often taken with a grain of salt! Our surprise only deepened upon arrival to a nearly empty dining room, with only one other table occupied. The food itself proved to be a significant letdown. The menu offered a limited and uninspired selection. The €5 cover charge for what amounted to a few slices of stale bread, a handful of olives, and a small pat of butter felt like daylight robbery. My tuna steak bordered on being not entirely fresh and lacked any discernible inspiration. While the entrecôte had a decent flavor, it was excessively fatty. The beef tartare, sadly, was bland and improperly seasoned. In summary, the food was mediocre at best, a stark contrast to the attractive surroundings. Without indulging in dessert, our bill for one cocktail and two glasses of wine amounted to a staggering €74 per person. This price point feels exorbitant for the quality of the food and the overall experience. Ultimately, this restaurant seems to prioritize aesthetics over substance. While it might be worth a visit for a cocktail to soak in the view and admire the decor, I cannot recommend it for a satisfying and value-for-money...

Read moreA beautiful spot by the Tejo River, with lovely views and a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is fairly standard, offering nothing particularly unique compared to other restaurants in Lisbon. The food is good, but not exceptional—certainly not enough to justify the steep price tag. Expect to spend around €100 per person, which feels quite overpriced for...
