Booked the apartment for 3 adults. Arrived to find only one bed made up. There was a sofa that folded into a makeshift bed, but it wasn't made up and there was no availabile bedding for it.
If I book a room for 3 people, I expect beds available for 3 people. The room was clearly booked for 3 people, as I had to give over all the passport information before getting check in instructions.
I could not contact the owner on any of the numbers given. All numbers saying 'unable to connect' when dialled.
This is not good enough.

In reply to the owner, who has accused me of leaving the apartment dirty, with broken dishes, and having smoked in it...how would you know, as i haven't even left or checked out yet!! I will video the apartment on my exit for future evidence. There are no bed clothes on the sofa (don't you think I would have noticed that?!). One guest has no place to sleep! Your reply is a disgrace. You should be trying to solve the issue. You are still not contactable.
Managed to reply to the review in a couple hours. Still not replied to the email I sent though!

Son (adult) had to sleep on sofa bed with no bedding, and using a bath towel as a cover. He had very uncomfortable sleep.
Booking says second bed is a sofa bed. What I doesn't say is that it's the most uncomfortable sofa bed imaginable. Be advised, this room is really only suitable for 2 guests sharing the double bed. As others have said.
Also be aware, that I had 2 emails asking me to leave CASH in an envelope, to pay city tax. This is undocumented, you will have no proof of it happening. City tax was include and Paid in my original bill! Which I Do have on record.
Given the owners replies to other negative reviews, I would also advise you to take photo or video evidence of the condition of the property before...

I’m adding photos of our conversations regarding the issues that were addressed during our stay - they chose not to respond and asked that we don’t leave a negative review rather than addressing the issues. It seems rating is far more important than experience. The property was in a great location and suited us well in terms of space. The amenities were the issue, and response from the host. I wrote on the 28th March addressing the issues and rather than addressing them, I got a very rude response. I would not recommend staying here, not because of the property itself but due to the management team. Bad service, terrible response, hospitality must be a new venture. I’ll be avoiding any properties managed by these people.
Updating the review due to host response, we don’t smoke, we have a young child and in general don’t want to encourage cancer growth so wouldn’t dare touch any type of smoking - this is a lie. We didn’t come across a single human in the property at all, guest or staff over the 3 days that we stayed there. We did actually leave a sponge in the kitchen sink as this wasn’t provided to clean with after we cleaned the dishes. The house was left exactly as is it was found minus the slept in linen and used towels. Read moreThe apartments are well furnished as in picture , however, apartment 1 which I stayed had a lot of mold traces, attached in images You can hear all water running through the plumbing pipes from above neighbours when you sit on the dining table. The host is the most rude guy I have ever delt with, I stead of apologising and trying to help he tells me "be my guest to leave " since he was paid in full , I stayed only one night out of four because It was too late , and I moved out in the early morning. You can hear easily the lightest noise from neighbours because of the bad quality of bedroom balcony door.
Never think to go there, don't get fooled by the reviews .
