Тржни центар УШЋЕ — Attraction in City of Belgrade

I really enjoy going to Ušće Shopping Center whenever I’m in Belgrade. It has such a modern and spacious feel bright, clean, and always lively without being overwhelming. The moment I walk in, it feels like the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without even realizing how quickly time goes by.

What I love most is the variety of shops. There’s Zara, of course, which is always a go-to for me, but also plenty of other clothing and shoe stores, both international brands and local ones. I always end up finding something interesting, whether it’s fashion, accessories, or even little things I didn’t plan to buy. It’s nice having so much in one place.

Another highlight is the cafés and food court. After some shopping, I usually grab a coffee or a snack and just relax for a bit. It’s perfect for people-watching or catching my breath before continuing. The cinema and other entertainment options make it a spot where you can actually spend an entire day, not just...

Ne podnosim gužvu. Ne podnosim muziku koja trešti u tržnim centrima. Ali to nije razlog da Ušću ne dam 5 zvezdica...

Veliki parking na dva podzemna nivoa (samo treba dobro zapamtiti gde si parkirao. Ja uslikam, jer mi se već desilo da auto jurim 1h dok ne primenim metod "vrati se istim putem koji si ušao") 😀

For foreigners: this was, once upon a time, Communist's central headquarters building. :)

It is currently the tallest building in Serbia, and the second-tallest freestanding structure, after the Avala Tower.

Built in 1964, the glass building overlooks the confluence Danube and Sava rivers from the New Belgrade side. It was originally 105 meters tall and used as the headquarters of the Central Committee of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia in the former Yugoslavia (which broke apart in 1990.)
