As an English tourist, I came in at 9:30pm, walked up to the counter and asked the waitress "Hi, do you have an English menu?". The waiter next to her said something in Slovakian, which seemed to be directed to her. She then said to me "We have closed."
I was going in to order a vegetarian burger. If they do indeed close the kitchen at 9:30, you can at least tell me that is the reason. Other places told me "Kitchen is closed." So while the waitress was fine, the waiter is not very welcoming. Since he can't understand English, he tells the waitress, who can speak some English, to tell me the place is closed. Situated in good area, for nice walk from Myto or SAV, restaurant/pub is also nice with really nice service, although I didn't like the meal. I believe that pastry was bought and not prepared by them. Vegetable was not that fresh, felt plastic like from whichever supermarket. I liked fries, though. If you wanna try a good burger, choose different place, but it's really nice just to sit and have a talk with folks. I haven't tried different...
