What a great museum! Static displays showing the Czech and Slovak automotive industry through the years, with examples of Skoda and Tatra vehicles, as well as Gaz, Fiat, Lada and others. Cars, motorbikes, bicycles, trucks, trains, boats, it's all here. One hall is devoted to cars, the other to trucks, model river vessels (ferries, dredgers, tugs, barges, steamers), the railways (with examples of station clocks, signals, ticket machines etc). Outside there are examples of trucks and trains you can walk round.
There is an interesting display marking the 20th Anniversary of the first Slovakian Cosmonaut, Ivan Bella's, flight to the MIR space station in 1999.
Entry for an adult is €4, with an extra €2 for permission to take photographs.
Highly recommended, but please note, all the displays...
