Mr Funtubbles The Glen — Attraction in Gauteng

I had the worst experience ever . Went to funtubbles at the glen with my nieces and got the worst service from a female employee of funtubbles . She addressed me in such a bad manner screaming and pointing fingers at me from across the room . Even when called out on her bad approach and pathetic customer service she continued raising her voice to not only myself to my mother and Infront of the kids . There was no reasoning with her and I had to walk away as she continued and with two more employees joining her not one asked or tried to assist the situation they stood and laughed . I regret going there after looking forward to it all day . I wish I got the names of the employees . But it happend around 5pm yesterday...

I was here last night with my kid and there again this morning after watching the lion King. I love this place its fun and it clean. The staff is generally friendly. Today, However the manager here decided to treat me as though I m bothering her. I told her she's raising her voice and she needs to learn to speak soft. The ladies that I spoke with are much kmote kind. The lady I dealt with yesterday was there again today and told me to raise any concern s with the manager. I'm told she's been the manager since 2011. When I asked that we speak to the side so I don't embarrass her she said no let's talk right here in front of everyone. Her full name Esther Moalusi. Always incredibly busy. Machines are okay, with only one or two not working at a time usually. Carnival grab the gift-type games are always a bit disappointing, but having the machine repeatedly drop the item you successfully grab is annoying. I do get it though, that's the "fun" of the game.

Would be higher but the bowling machines don't dispense tickets and only found out tickets are digital when I found a sign near the ticket grab-em machine at the entrance. I assume all tickets are digital, or it was just out of stock. Should have more signs visible.

Water gun and other rides seem well maintained. Claw machines seem fully stocked always, but maybe win chance is so low it's...
