Used to love going here but the ladies working there are the rudest people with huge attitudes. They are not approachable whatsoever so they actually drive customers away. And if they aren’t being unapproachable and rude they just dead stare at you and refuse to be helpful. They literally refuse to do their most basic job expectation which is just greeting customers who are placing an order or are asking a question about the drinks. Please I don’t like suggesting having people fired but staff needs to be changed ASAP this place is becoming a sink hole and is going backwards. It used to be full and have queues outside now there’s barely 1 person in there ordering… not really surprised given the low quality of staff. Also i was asking a question about the types of boba and before i even decided on a drink they literally decided for me and made a drink packed and sealed and everything even when I hadn’t ordered it… i just settled for it, paid and left because i felt so unwelcome and just...

I love my mango sogo creamy and the ocean blue. But it's not on their mr food menue. They in-store and mr food menu is not the same. I ordered the on Mr. Food the blueberry fruit tea that has the same blue ocean picture as what they have in store. Thinking I would get a blue drink. What arrived was a black fruit tea drink. Nothing like the picture or blue ocean. I tried to contact the store before I placed my order to check, but no one answered the number, and it's not they number for the store to speak to the staff. I send back the incorrect drinks. The staff called me and did not even apologise for their mistake not reading the not I added on my order. Said i should call their boss. The number that no one is awnsering. I asked them to call their own boss to check if they can fix my order as i could not get through to that number. Service was a 0/10. I say so because, upon ordering the drink, the cashier assisting were not friendly or inviting. We asked what would be suitable as a drink for dieting and responded she wouldn't know. She had no mood for serving, and was just awful. After purchasing the order which were 3 drinks that was bought, 2 of the flavors were totally dissatisfying and not what we expected. When returning it, one of the staff ladies In charge assisted, however she did not really apologize instead insisted on asking what was wrong with the drink.. So after re-doing the tea drinks, same cups were used which was okay, but was not rinsed out from the previous flavors. The drinks thereafter also tasted weak.
