Heri Guest house — Hotel in Gauteng

What we thought we booked and what we actually got was completely different. We feel the information on the site is false advertising. We had to share communal bathrooms, while the site said private bathrooms. We paid for breakfast and was shown a kitchen where we can prepare our own breakfast. We were told there is Wi-Fi, but it did not work. The rooms were clean and neat, but much smaller than advertised. We were told that no one will/can access our rooms, but upon returning from our activities we found our rooms cleaned and our belongings packed up. Nothing was missing, but we left some valuables in our rooms which we wouldn't have done had we known they will come in while we were out. Very let down by this place and will not...

I stayed here for a few nights and had a lovely experience the owners are most accommodating and friendly the staff are always around if you need anything and always willing to help they have a night guard that patrols the property at night to give you an even better sense of safety we had breakfast and it was divine the owner makes the best avocado for you're toast or what ever you prefer to put it on the views are amazing and there is such peace in the house where you feel you are home I would 100% recommend this place for any future visits to...

This was a great guesthouse clean, neat and safe. Stunning views of Bassonia :) My family and friends had a great experience at this beautiful home. It is close to Nasrec and RietVlei parkrun.
