The food was great, I was really impressed with the cookies and cream milkshake. We ordered "the triple " , which included starter, main burger, and dessert. Really well priced at 145 ZAR at time of this reveiw.

However our waiter was not great, he was not paying attention to our order, my son order chips which we had to remind him to bring. The milkshakes arrived before the coke, my wife was left waiting for the coke.

We told him we'll be sharing a meal , and he brought it without anything for the second person to eat in. ( every resturant I've been to, I've never needed to ask for for a second spoon or side plate when sharing ).

Our waiter left me the feeling like he was impatient with us while taking our order , as before we could give him our drinks orders he walked away, I had to get up from the table and call him back so that we could order drinks.

If it was not for him, would have been a great experience.

Edit* Since then we were invited back to the resturant by management. We took them up on this and went back and ordered the same food and drinks and the experience was 110% better. The great part was that I didn't announce myself to the store manager until after our meal, so this definitely was not special treatment. I'm glad that they are so dedicated to pleasing their customers. Well done 👏!

Worst service I’ve had in my life will not be coming back as a Rocomamas lover I am highly disappointed with the team you guys have working there now I set for 20 minutes waiting for my drink my starter came 18 minutes later my meal came bit by bit it took over 2 hours to have everything on my table to top it off my fries were soo cold this has never happened to me before the waiter serving me was not friendly seemed like he just didn’t want be there and it wasn’t even busy there were a lot of empty tables so it’s not that there was a lot of traffic I’m highly disappointed in the service I got today you guys really need to do better and higher people that want to be there my wings were dry and slightly burnt and so cold gosh this was the worst I had to ask a waitress to please find my waiter after I asked for the bill without even being served my dessert he went for over 20-30 minutes I had to get up and go look for him to find him standing by the front desk saying my desert isn’t ready how long does it take to make a waffle? He seemed uninterested I got my bill after so so long had to even sit down because I was stabdinG there lost poor communication poor service and I used to love coming here so so disappointed the waiter didn’t even bring me...

Last night I took my son out for his birthday dinner. Our waitress was just not interested in serving us. We got our starter (chicken wings, which were bland inside). As we started eating our starter the waitress immediately brought our mains. She didn't even bother to bring us wet wipes to clean our hands. By the time we finished the starter our burgers were as cold as the arctic. We then decided to not eat the burgers and ordered a desert, worst decision we could've made. We waited over 15 minutes and our waitress was no where in sight. She had only came to our table twice at this point. We decided to leave, we then asked for the bill. Again we waited 10 minutes for our waitress, who never showed. I then went to the cashiers myself, gave them what we had ordered and paid, still no waitress in sight. We only saw her as we were walking out the door when she thought that we had dined and dashed. I didn't even get a chance to get her name, that's how invisible she was.

What a horrible and regretful...
