SuSu Bubble Tea Parkhurst — Attraction in Gauteng

I used my GPS and got to this branch by accident but was pleasantly surprised to see the quaint and homey building the tea shop is situated in. The quality of the bubble tea is the same as any branch at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast when the place is not packed. The seating area is fairly small as it is exclusively indoors. On the up side, since the seating is inside the building, there are bathrooms avaliable for customers to use; which is not the case in some branches.

The only downside about this location is that it is situated on the busy street. Getting into the parking space is easy but getting out is far more challenging and almost impossible at peak hours on the road. The building is also easily missed if you are unfamiliar with the area as the sign is not visible from the street. The interior is also plainly decorated so there is not much to look at.

Overall I appreciated the bathroom availability but the minimal decoration did not add to the atmosphere of the location. The quality of the tea never disappoints and the staff is...

Love this boba place! The drinks are always delicious! However, the service is not up to standard at all. The ladies are rude and unfriendly. They behave as if they’re doing me a favor and not providing a service. I’m a regular at this establishment. I went there this evening and placed an order.
