Andiccio24 Parkhurst / Greenside — Restaurant in Gauteng

Came here on three occasions to watch the NBA finals. The timing is such that the live games start at 2 or 3am here in South Africa. Strangely I did doubt if the restaurant really was open 24 hours and I can confirm that it certainly is and they serve food and drinks (incl. coffees and alcohol) at all hours. The staff were welcoming of our loud group and the pizzas were tasty. The menu has you design your pizza and you can make quite a variety. There multiple options for low carb bases. The issue is that Andiccio 24 can be a bit on the pricey side for pizza. But at 2am one is not spoiled for choice and Andiccio is a place where we will certainly watch future NBA and NFL games. One concern about this particular Andiccio is that the to has been damaged and there are black marks on the screen. It's not a big deal but it was disappointing to arrive there and find the screen wasn't 100% and I wasn't warned over the phone. However the experience was good fun so I won't dock a star and recommend giving them a shot. But if you aren't in need of middle of the snack or to catch some American sport there are more affordable pizza...

I am most dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order at 18:17 at the greenside branch. By 19:05 I phoned to follow up and was told that driver has just left (I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant) by 19:30 i phoned again and was told the same thing that the driver had just left. I questioned this and the manager saying that I was told this previously, to which he responded the driver had forgotten the pizza previously but had now collected it. At 8 I phoned again and the manager simply said he would make a new pizza. Almost 2 hours after the original order. No compensation was offered. I decided to take my services elsewhere. When an owners response to a 5 star review is to tell you that you have impeccable taste, it leaves a stench of ungrateful arrogance in the air. Doubt I will be back.
