To be honest, my stay at this hotel was not a pleasant experience. The outlets in the room were 220V with no international voltage options, which was very inconvenient
Additionally, the desk lamp and hairdryer provided in the room were unusable. The desk lamp was completely non-functional and the hairdryer kept falling out of the outlet, making it impossible to use properly (referring specifically to the dressing table outlets). There were three outlets in total but none of them worked effectively.
On Booking.com, the hotel is listed as a four-star property, but in reality, it only meets the standards of a three-star hotel. While the lobby was relatively clean, the parking lot was free of charge, which was a small positive.
The room itself was clean but the staff’s English proficiency was quite poor, which made communication difficult. For simple tasks like check-in or check-out, there weren’t any major issues but if you needed assistance with something else, such as reminders or other requests, it would be extremely challenging to communicate effectively.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. I chose this hotel because it was advertised as a four-star property, but it did not meet those expectations. The service was very basic, and the lack of effective communication made it extremely unfriendly for foreign visitors.
Highly recommend to avoid this hotel

Read moreA few teething problems with being a new opening but we really enjoyed our stay.
The swimming pool on the 10th floor is good for a wind down. But as it was peak time it was full of families.
Breakfast was ok. A mix of Asian and western dishes with fruit and toast and cereal also available.
Staff were very helpful when we called to get the air conditioner fixed in our room. It was keeping the room at 25.9 degrees and wouldn't cool it down. But they got it fixed after the first attempt didn't work and they had also promised to move us if they couldn't.
I would stay here again. Convenient from the airport and some buses to...
Read moreThe pool was so nice and the view was great! They charge 2,000w each time you use it for a towel, even if you aren’t swimming and even if you bring your own. It’s more of an admission fee but not advertised as such. You also need a pool cap! They sell them there though in case you forget. The beds are nice and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t cold, and i should have told them when I was there but I forgot. I would definitely still return for the pool and view, especially the day you land in jeju or the day before...
