Located in the ridge between Omokdae and Imokdae along the foot of Seungamsan Mountain’s Jungbawi Rock. Although it is a fairly steep walk up to Jaman Village, you will be able to enjoy colorful murals painted on the buildings and walls along the way. Basically an art village featuring all sorts of murals, particularly manga related. Not as big as the famous ones like Gamcheon in Busan but certainly comes with its own style too. Nice for a bite-sized tour at 1-2 hours. Definitely is the place I enjoyed most while in Jeonju! Very colourful murals of different sorts of drawings/paintings all over the village. I stayed here quite awhile to take photos of almost all the artwork on the wall. There are some cafes where you can settle down and enjoy the feel of this village. Love this place!

Jaman mural village🎨 Jaman Mural Village is located on the hills next to the Hanok Village. The murals might not impress at first glance, but they do get better as you walk deeper and climb higher.😍 The village is filled with unique cafés, handicraft shops, and guesthouses, so you can take a break while looking around the murals. 2x there... I realised they refreshed/ change up the murals. Thats alot of effort to keep it new for the visitors. #newstuff I like that its a good way to explore the village abit more. Since the village is on/around the hill... I thought the art was a good motivator and encouragement to trek up. Theres a good cooffee place too, near the start of our trail. Alot of M&M toy models in it. Personally, their heir java chip drink bested starbucks'. Would recommend coming. :)

A very short walk from Omokdae and Imokdae. A short walk up stairs but very tired if you visited all the historic places in Jeonju prior. I was there just in time for the sunset. And the sunset looking over the city is absolutely breathing. The view points aren't that well know, so there aren't that many people during the sunset. Highly recommend for those photographs enthusiasts

This is beautiful and the types of murals that are painted all over the walls and courtyards are a great depiction of Korean culture as I have seen it over the past couple of months: cute and creative. Tons of sweet little cafes and some little eateries are sprinkled around if you haven't already been satisfied by the goods you can find in the hanok village.

Very beautiful village up the hills where all the walls are decorated with colourful murals depicting Ghibli scenes, famous people or simply beautiful drawings. The village is right outside the hanoks, walking distance and actually only 10 minutes by foot away from where we were staying. I recommend going but be prepared, the alleys are really steep.
