I saw Lady Gaga here on 29/10/2025. The concert was amazing, and once inside the layout was good. But the organisation by the venue was an absolute disaster. The queue outside was over an hour long with no staff around to provide guidance on what to do or where to go. We weren't even sure if we were in the right queue, but there was no staff around to ask. Once we finally got inside the gates, it descended into chaos with everyone passing eachother and pushing into one area to get passed security. There were about 6 people working security for the whole gig, they barely looked at us, and then we got to the ticket checks and it was a similar situation. The lack of staff around to explain where to go or what to do was crazy, we just followed whoever was ahead of us and hoped they knew where they were going. Once inside it was similarly disorganised but we found our section by following maps of the venue we found on the walls. Again, staff were barely looking at tickets and I'm sure if you wanted to sneak into a different section you easily could. This was all fine for us as we had seats but if we were standing I would have been really upset if the disorganisation meant we didn't get near the front. Overall the gig and venue were nice, but the organisation...
Read moreI went to watch a musical concert here. If you are watching a concert on the stage, the location of your seat is extremely important. I was sitting on the side of the venue and not only are the seats slightly too close to the row in front but if you sit on the side, your neck will be in pain after a while if staring in one direction. It would be more preferable to sit at the back facing the stage and be far away, than to sit with your head turned towards the stage for 2 or 3 hours. The seats are too close together anywhere though unless you are on the ground of the venue which is expensive. This place would probably be good if you go and watch an event where they use the entire ground but for concerts it is not it. The acoustics are phenomenal, not because of the design of the room, but because they have just got massive speakers everywhere so no matter where you sit the sound is good. The actual building is easy to access and they sell overpriced food and water. You can't bring in your own water and idk about food....
Read moreFairly large venue for concerts. The sound is okay for an indoors venue of this size, but if you're in the back, you'll need binoculars to see the band. It gets pretty hot inside the hall, I suspect there's no air conditioning. Or maybe they were saving on power. Electricity prices were peaking at the time we were there. Be prepared for long queues if you want to buy snacks, soft drinks or beer. There are peddlers proffing cold beer in cans outside, but I don't think you'll be allowed to bring that past the security check points. We were given a superficial security check on the way in, pat down, emptied our pockets, etc. Getting a taxi to the venue from the city centre was easy. Getting one back was anything but easy, with 10 000 people leaving at the same time. Finding a bus stop or a cab can be a bit confusing in the area if you haven't mapped it out in advance. We hadn't, and spent a lot of time looking before we found a taxi. All in all, an okay venue. Not exactly...
