If you’re planning to explore Barcelona and want an unforgettable experience, look no further than Jaz, the tour guide who made our trip truly exceptional. From the moment we met her, Jaz’s warm and enthusiastic personality set the tone for an incredible journey through the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. Knowledgeable and Passionate Jaz’s extensive knowledge of Barcelona’s history, architecture, and hidden gems is truly impressive. She effortlessly shared fascinating stories and insights that brought each location to life. Whether we were marveling at the intricate details through the charming streets of the Gothic Quarter, Jaz’s passion for the city was contagious. Engaging and Personable One of Jaz’s standout qualities is her ability to engage and connect with her group. She took the time to get to know each of us, making sure to tailor the tour to our interests and preferences. Her friendly demeanor and sense of humor made the tour not only informative but also incredibly fun. We felt like we were exploring the city with a knowledgeable friend.

Lina is a great tour guide! But I think it should be known that this is a huge chain of hostels and therefore if you have an issue there won’t be any or much help. The front desk workers are kind and great, but when the under bed locker in my room was broken and completely domed me in the eye, the managers told the workers that they would pay for any medicine I needed. When I brought back my receipt for ice and trash bags towels etc to make an ice pack, the managers said they couldn’t pay it because the receipt wasn’t itemized…. It was for 17 euros. It became something where they didn’t believe me and I wouldn’t have even said anything in the first place if it wasn’t offered. In the end both the front desk employee and I were crying and the managers were no where to be seen. A clean hostel in a great location and great walking tours. But know that unlike other hostels, this one will fight you over 17 euros after they have faulty equipment that can hurt you. Be careful!

Beware before booking: rooms are still super hot and smelly with windows closed and shower water is inconsistently hot/cold. Staff knows about the issues too. Hostel deserves 5 stars for all other good reviews (cool vibe, cleanliness, privacy curtains, etc.). Minus 1 star for upper management/owner not fixing the heating issue. It's been a year from the first bad review on Google on the same issue. Get it fixed. Sleep a night or two in room 304 to see how it feels. Minus 1 star for upper management/owner making staff lie about A/C getting fixed during the night and the windows not being open. Nothing gets fixed. Minus 1 star for upper management/owner not fixing the hot/cold water issue despite replying to another review 3 weeks ago that pipe was fixed. Water is still too cold or too hot. Overall, 2/5 for a great hostel due to basic heating and plumbing issues.

Second times visit to St C, it never disappointed. Strategy location, clean area, details information provided to guest, advance technology system, love most of it. Surrounded with so many shopping area, dining option, metro just right in front of the door step. 3hrs to store your bag at €1.50 is reasonable price, also systematic. Toilet and Bathroom separately located, also divided to male and female, is so convenient, also the bath room i like area where you can put your stuff, hang your cloths and will not get wet. The only things i want is to have slightly bigger duvet, the current one is too small. :) If i ever come back, will choose the same again.
