We visited Wednesday 3rd of July, 2019! Booked our tickets online and just walked in. Everything was very slick and organized in terms of getting you into the park. We paid €6 + €2 deposit for a large (although not massive) locker that we could fit two bags and bottles into, any more than that and you'll want another locker. We paid for the food as couples and our meal for two burgers, two fries, one coke, one slush, onion rings and a Milka muffin came to €31. So not horrible but not cheap. You have to pay for a sunbed, if that's your thing, however we never wanted to stop long enough for that.

The rides are great, although very action focused, there is not a massive amount for less tame rides, however as a group of people who enjoy that, it played right into our hands. That being said, if you want more gentle relaxed rides, it may be worth looking elsewhere.

The pool and area was clean and we regularly saw people tidying up! The lifeguards seemed attentive and on the ball and we did see them rescue someone promptly and effectively.

You will get thrown around here, I have come out bruised from some of the more intense rides, mostly from hitting the water! Again, I'd expect this given the nature of the rides and it was nothing out of the ordinary. The lifeguards tell you everything you need to know at the start and as long as you listen and read the instructions you will be fine. If you don't listen, I can see you getting injured. However, stick to what they tell you and you will be fine.

One of the girls did cut her knee, but that was due to her own accident, our little trip to the doctor was quick and relaxed and we got treated and out in a very timely manner.

It was moderately busy, however not too bad. The queues got a little big, but we got around everything and got to do what we wanted. Although take flip flops as the floor gets very hot when in the queues and around the park.

Now, the negatives! The pools where a little cold for all of us, we didn't really use the wave pool or the jacuzzi pool as it was too cold for us. Moreover, even if we could, the pool water was so salty none of us could really stand to be in it for too long once it gets in our eyes. The floor of the pools where very spiky and rough and can cut and graze (as they did) for the most part, bar the wave pool that was incredibly slippy.

Definitely worth going! The prices overall where nothing out of line to any theme park I've been too, we got lunch, a photo, a refill on the slush and cotton candy and didn't feel like we paid anything more than what I'd expect, if you compare to Thorpe Park and the likes.

It has some amazing rides, make sure you keep your arms in and legs crossed on vertigo or you will have a very painful experience and a lack of underwear! Make sure you check out the smaller activities in the pool with the jumps and slides as they are great to...

This waterpark has a good array of rides- unfortunately all of them are pretty fast and a bit scary, there doesn’t seem to be many for nervous people and first timers. But my partner who is an adrenaline junky thoroughly enjoyed the selection of slides and it’s a great selling point that they have one of the highest slides in Europe. The lifeguards were very lovely and considerate, as well! The actual waterpark was well maintained and the slides were clean, as was all of the water. The gift shop is good, there are a few nice things to buy in there and it is surprisingly cheap, a nice touch is getting your photo taken around the park, as well.

On the downside, the lockers are expensive and small. There was no large lockers left across the whole of the park so we had to pay €14 just to get 2 lockers for our things. The sun loungers and floats for the lazy river also cost a rental fee- so we avoided both. The toilets were rather disgusting, also! Some of the women’s toilets were blocked and had faeces on the seats or menstrual blood. There was wet toilet paper stuck all over the floor, and some of the locks didn’t work on the doors. There definitely needs to be more routine cleaning of the bathrooms as I think it literally becomes a health risk when there is other peoples faecal matter smeared around the place!!!! Something else which was disgusting was the food areas! They were by no means well maintained. There was food everywhere- all over the floors and the tables. The food smelled disgusting and looked very unpleasant- cooked chicken sat under a warm light behind grubby glass. This literally made my stomach turn!!!! We ended up just getting a crepe as we thought it would be a safer option than proper cooked food, however the crepe tasted like cardboard and was overpriced for how terrible it was. I believe that the soft drinks might have also been watered down, none of the flavours/brands of soft drinks we had tasted like they usually do and just tasted like carbonated water. The car park is a nightmare! People do not park their cars properly. There was some cars taking up 2 spaces or people abandoning their car in the middle of the road and blocking access. The parking spots are also not spacious enough and even as 2 thin people, it was very difficult to get in and out of the car- there is no hope for helping children in and out of the car in these spots.

Something to note- the floor is VERY hot and there are not a lot of shaded areas to cool your feet. You are only allowed to put flip flops on your wrists on the slides and water shoes etc are not allowed and must be removed, therefore waiting in some queues was impossible as there was no shaded areas and our feet...

This water park is really bad. Tourist trap, and the worst staff who all look like teenagers < 18. My experience was just horrible, but hey, go check for yourself and regret later. Overcrowded with as much as 1h wait in attractions just to then maybe be able to use it once. I took my son who is 6 and the worst attraction we tried and didn't use despite 30min queueing is called "Pistas blandas" My son can swim, but he has more ease to stay aflot with arm bands. We've waited 30min just to be told he can't use the attraction because he can't swim. Ridiculous. The girl, looking like she's 16 and upset with life, claimed he can't swim. My question is: How does she know? "Oh, because he has that on his arms so he can't swim so he can't use the attraction!" She then made us go back down via the stairs we came up, which was nearly impossible when considering the queue. Not only that but she lied with all her teeth. I asked her if there's any signs showing inflatable arm bands aren't allowed, and she said "of course there are!" but it's a lie because there are none. I obviously would have taken those from my son's arms had I seen such sign and advise him accordingly on what to do when getting to the bottom of the attraction, which is a huge vertical 40° slide. I attached the photo showing what is and what isn't allowed to prove she was lying. That's one... Then, we went at 5pm to a café and they had another 16Y old, or at least looking like, girl serving. The queue had at least 40 people, there were 3 tills and she was alone. They had already turned off anything food related with 2-3h until park closure time. At some point, after 20min wait, 2 other teenager workers of Aqualandia seemed to be going home and stopped by this café just to start talking with the girl at the till and she was a good 2 full minutes ignoring the queue and laughing with them. Wow... Before this episode, we went to a place up high in the park, with "Jacuzzis" absolutely overcrowded, like insane. The water? - Disgusting. Dark yellow foam. I let you imagine what can that be. We've rushed out after seeing that. Go check for yourself if you really want to regret later. Better beach, or pool that many "complejos" and hotels have. Go to the rincón de loix and look for Cala del Ti Ximo. That's some proper place to enjoy an afternoon, free, clean, beautiful. Aqualandia is the ultimate tourist trap. Never going back. Disgusting staff, environment, and cleaning? - Maybe they change the bins at best. By the way, I've visited on a Tuesday so imagine the weekend... Edit after Aqualandia's reply: if that's all you guys have to say you just confirm this place is a tourist trap trying to make as much money as possible before end of season.

A really great water park in Benidorm which caters for all ages. The park is built on a hillside and set among pine trees and an amazing view of Benidorm below from some places in the park. It is quite hilly and there's a lot of walking involved but lots of shaded areas including when queuing. There are slides and rides to cater for all ages (and adrenaline level!) and most of them have a 1.25m height limit apart from the red Vertigo slide which I believe is 1.4m. My son is 7 and he went on most of the rides barring the extreme ones. There are ample places to eat dotted around the park serving sandwiches, burgers and pizza plus a BBQ and self service type restaurant in the centre. The food isn't the best (and not the best value) but it's what you'd expect from a place like this and the pizzas were OK. There's lots of covered picnic benches too to eat your own food but these got "reserved" early so get in quick and dump your bags. We visited in late August and the place was busy with queues for all the rides but the wait times were manageable between 10-30 minutes. The more family oriented rides had bigger wait times while the extreme slides had little to no wait when we were there. My advice would be to arrive as early as possible as the queues early on were small, the park opens at 10am. My sons favourite ride was the rapids and it's possible to hire your own rubber ring which gives you fast track to the rapids plus the use of the ring in the pools. The cost is €8 for the day plus €2 returnable deposit and for us it was worth it as we spent the entire afternoon on the rapids. They are quite heavy and bulky though and you have to carry them up quite a big hill for each turn! There are some pools for younger kids too and toddlers plus various small slides, jumping platforms and even a zip wire. There's plenty of lifeguards on duty and they seemed on the ball. My son got his height checked several times throughout the day as he is only just 1.25m tall. They take cash or card at all the shops/food outlets and also offer a cashless wristband system to save having to carry cash/cards. Sun beds are €5 each and there are lockers available starting at €5 for standard and rising for larger ones and ones with USB charging. We managed to spend a full day here and didn't leave until gone 7pm. Parking is free and plentiful. Highly recommended and we will return when we are next in the area.

Actually can’t believe the amount of negative reviews stating some pretty obvious comments! Been going to this water park for 30 years and yesterday I returned with my children! It is the best! So much fun for all, parking is free which if you’re from the UK you know is a bonus. Buy your tickets online at least a day before you arrive - it’s cheaper and you don’t have to queue, you just get your bar code scanned. Lockers are 9euros for a large one - we got one but to be honest didn’t overly need it just for the car key! Sun loungers you pay for just like you do at the beach, however you don’t need them unless you want to sit at the front of a younger kids pool. So many other free areas to sit and shaded. We took a picnic best idea although we still brought a beer . Food is priced as you’d expect. If you want to secure a base for your towels etc do this as soon as you’re in as the tables tend to get taken! Look at the rides and work out what you really want to do and head their first - the Cyclone queue does reach 90minutes - we went their first, you have to have 4 people so might need to buddy up with strangers - it also has a minimum and max weight limit - they weigh your team and if it’s not right you can’t go - we were too light but luckily we swapped a person from the group behind us as they were too heavy! Such a great ride! We did everything more than once and this is in the height of summer! You can rent a ring now for the lazy river which I did think was a bit of a rip off at first but then I realised that you also have express access to the rapids! You just roll your ring right past the queue and up the hill so actually really worth it! The water is salt water but it is nowhere near as harsh as the sea in my opinion, we took a small hand towel and left it at the bottom of rides with our shoes each time to dry eyes if needed but it was no big deal and I hate the sea water! A lot of rides you can wear goggles as long as they are secure so if your worries about salty eyes take some Google’s! Floor does get hot from 12 onwards as to be expected but you can also put your sliders on your hands etc which lots of people did. Check your weather forecast before booking. We picked quite a cloudy day which was fab for not stressing about the kids getting burnt! Best day out don’t let the negatives out you off ! Xx
