Restaurante Chino WOK Mandarin — Restaurant in Benidorm

Well if I could give this place no stars I would first time visiting benidorm and this was the worst restaurant I've EVER been in my entire life the food was all stale old no flavour states fresh seafood but its clearly old frozen as we seen in freezer the deffrosted and left surrounded by flies absolutley vile we had half a plate each and we felt sick to our stomachs the staff was very rude no care in the world especially the female owner with a seriously bad attitude with no care in the world if she gave us food poisoning or not aslong as they got there money they wasnt botherd now for the (FRESH) frogs legs wow they absolutley stunk was really off was the worst smell ever they was 100 percent off out of date i took one bite and had to go be sick in toilet my brother was allergic to prawns we told the chef yet he's there using his tongues between raw steak and prawns no care in the world cross contaminating everything and not botherd about anybodys health then when we said we wasn't paying as the food and whole service was the worst we've ever experienced and i explained we never ate more than half a plate and told them about the poor food hygeine conditions they was all shouting to each other in chinese for 20 mins we had to pay even though the food was bad and off and had flies they expected full.payment not a chance yes we are British but we ain't idiots with no Brain and we deffinatly have more health and hygiene skills and knowledge more than any member of staff in this place I will be reporting this to trading standard how this place physically has a 4 star is beyond me the reviews are shocking only wish I checked first discusting place avoid at all costs unless u want severe food poisoning its made us seriously poorly coming out both ends absolutely...

Discusting food, what kind of sh.t do you eat at home to call this 4 star food??? The buffet was cold. The wasabi was fake or mixed with something else. Every dish was greasy fat was dripping everywhere.

It's a bad concept anyway, people go to the toilet dont wash there hands. Are cuffing by the dishes, sometimes hold there hand for there mouth and grap a spoon with that same hand. Then it's your turn. Wonderful.

In this restaurant works a kind of food Gestapo a chinise lady with a walkytalky how tels the kitchen what dish is running low. Good thinking I can here you say, never a empty dish. Well that's true the full dishes are never to by chanced. Old greasy dry tastles food, ofcourse untill you come along.

We payed 47 euro for 3 persons included 2 soda and a coke. I would recommend a other wok restaurant at La Nucia near...

Have been here before for a buffet style meal so gave it another go. The food was lovely, well laid out and plenty of choice. For the buffet there were plenty of starters to choose from which we used a couple of times. The mains you pick which are not cooked are plentiful, you then take them to the chef who cooks it in front of you. There are also ingredients/sauces that can be added as you choose. My partner is a funny eater but the chicken and curry sauce she chose was delicious and she ate everything, which speaks volumes. Staff were very friendly and attentive with a lovely quiet atmosphere so you could eat and talk without too much ambient background noise that you get in some places. They also do set meals off the menu, however I can't comment on them due to only having the buffet. Would...
