If I could give this zero stars I would. The manager approached myself and my wife telling us how sweltering the temperature was, stating she was trying to open the roof to get some airflow intot he restaurant. We ordered water to the table, but it became quickly apparent that the temperature was far too hot for our two young children. I approached the manager and explained that it was far too hot for the children, as there was no AC, fans or any natural breeze. I apologised over and over and all I got in response was an eye roll and a sneer, while she barked an order at a staff member to get us the bill for the bottle of water we ordered, which I explained I was happy to pay for.
The manager approached other members of my family after walking away from me without a single word, and offered us a table elsewhere that "may be cooler". I explained to the manager that due to her attitude we would not be spending another second there, to which I got a response of "you shouldn't have booked for 6 o clock then".
This lady is extremely rude, and having seen previous reviews they all seem to agree. Avoid this place unless you want to be boiled and rudely treated for daring to agree with her...

There were 6 of us and the food came to the table in bits and pieces so some had cold food waiting for everyone to be served. We ordered dessert and 45 minutes later it had not appeared. It was only ice cream and tiramisu in a glass so should have been easy to prepare. When my son in law asked where it was he was told it was on the way. 15 minutes later we decided to cancel and leave. My son in law was told by a very rude host that if we wanted dessert we should have come earlier! This woman was incredibly rude to my daughter to the point that an argument ensued for all to hear. We were 27 minutes late for our reservation and were told off at the door like schoolchildren who broke something municipal. It was so absurd it was almost funny — eight adults standing there being scolded by one woman.
The food was genuinely great, but we had to wait 80 minutes for the main course. When we asked what was going on, instead of a single apology (which would’ve been enough), we got: “What’s wrong with you? Are you okay, sir? We have a lot of guests.”
Really? You opened a restaurant and didn’t expect a lot of guests to come?
