Tranquil little oasis in the city We live not far away in Dolores. Although the paths are mostly flat some wheelchairs would struggle with the gravel surfaces. It was lovely there yesterday, an unseasonably warm February day. There is a little kiosk with snacks, souvenirs, a domestic type coffee machine; also sales of small plants and souvenir plant pots. The kiosk and plant sales are not accessible without paying the entrance fee, which costs 5.50eu for adults, 4.00eu for over 65 yrs and 2.75eu for children. There are other concessions for groups, students etc. A bit too expensive for us to visit frequently. Parking is available in the hotel grounds nearly opposite, an hour cost 3eu. There are a few parking spaces in the narrow streets around. Lavatories are well kept. Watch very small children with the plentiful ponds as the ducks and tortoise could be attractive on the water features.
