Patea Tus Montes, senderismo y aventura S.L. — Attraction in La Orotava

Editing my previous review is my method of giving 5/5 again for José at Patea Tus Montes because, of course, Google doesn't let you review more than once.

I returned to Tenerife and worked with José to do a trek up to the summit of Teide via Montaña Blanca, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Like the last time I used his services, José was professional, knowledgable, and awesome. No doubt I will do another experience with Patea tus Montes in the future.

Jose was amazing. We had booked a trip to ascend Teide, and Jose was able to accommodate our time and day. He’s very amicable and a great guide. We did, unfortunately, arrive on Tenerife during the worst wildfires in 40 years and could not climb Teide. Jose Maria organized a plan B trip that included a very scenic boat trip to a secluded beach, with some hiking. I could not have asked for a better plan b and we will certainly try for Teide again...

We did the rappelling tour into Barranco Los Arcos de Chimoche and it was stunning! By far the most exciting thing we did on Tenerife. Jose is an amazing tour guide and mountaineer. He took great care in instructing us, gave helpful advice and is a funny and cordial person. We were literally in good hands 100% ;)

The canyon gives off vibes of Petra in Jordan or Antelope Canyon in Arizona, mixed with views over the mountains. The rappelling is pure fun! Bury any concerns about heights. Patea Tus Montes is the right choice for this kind of adventures. Jose Maria is not only a fantastic guide with whom you feel save and comfortable, he is also a great person with whom you can have fun! The adventures we experienced together are remarkable and the memories as well as the impressions we collected with him are lifetime memories. If you want to experience the adventure of real Tenerife then Patea Tus Montes is the right choice! I’m already looking forward to our next excursion with Jose Maria to explore a new part of this...
