Oh My Club Madrid — Attraction in Madrid

So first we had a lot of problems to enter the club even we had a table. Second their security feels too special hahaha yo guys it’s JUST a security job who they think they are? Especially this guy To check our place even we were sitting right behind you guys. I’m clubbing a lot all over the world but never met a unsympathic security guy like this!! My sister dropped a glass because someone pushed her and she said sorry 3x and they feel super special to don’t accept it who do u think u are? We didn’t do it by purpose lol. I think if u want to have fun you either spend a looooooot or just go somewhere else. Bc only the music is good but it’s so superficial . We still got drunk and had fun with lots of cocktails but it’s not really worth it :) however the guards at the entrance where super friendly and the music is good. So 2 stars...

The worst place to party 🤮😡☠️⚠️.

One of the waiters was very rude because my friend was pushed by him (maybe without intention) and my friend just said be careful and the guy didn't like it. Then, the guy insulted and pushed my friend and challenged him to fight 😡. Fortunately, a security guy saw everything and came to apologize for his college behavior.

At the end, we decided to complain with the manager and leave the place.

In the claims sheet, we wrote what happened, however, from the nightclub version, they denied the waiter's behavior.

We'll never go back there.

Think twice before going there.

One more thing, our drinks were stolen in a few seconds, we were next to the bar and dancing around and all of the sudden there were no drinks around... and these were not...

I don’t understand why customer service is so bad in Madrid. I came here for my birthday, and I wanted to have a good time, but there is not caring, sympathy. I bought a hookah for a table and drinks… someone promised me water. Never came. A Bar tender named Edward, refused to give the water, because he said, I had to pay for everything, even though I was promised for water. I can’t believe the lack of sympathy in this world. What have we become these days? Tap water is given anywhere! Especially if I paid for a table. Don’t come to this club. Customer service is horrible! Please do yourself a favor and don’t come here! I’m sure there are better...
