Went to visit this water park at the beginning of April. We had read mixed reviews about the facilities but glad we decided to go. Admission price was reasonable and not as expensive as other parks. We paid to rent an umbrella and a mat - - €6. The water was slightly cold but it was OK after been in it for a couple of minutes. The slides were excellent and there are some for all ages. There are a lot of different pools as well. It was sunny but not too hot which made the day even better. Staff was friendly and always available in specific areas. Lots of spaces to sit around. Our children really enjoyed it (and so did we). We brought our own food so unsure about food prices.
There are a few different shops and restaurants around the area and you're allowed to go out and return as long as you keep your ticket. There is also an inflatable shop at the entrance with again good prices.
I would recommend this park to anyone wanting to have a chilled day out with the family 👪. It was good that there were not too many people and we didn't have to be queuing for the slides. This is one of the advantages of this park not being as popular as others.
As per other reviews the water is salty but a little less salty than one of the beaches we visited the day before. The whole facilities were very clean including toilets and showers. Some parts of the floor can hurt your feet so you might want to use your sandals if walking around for a while. The actual slides are in good condition and I could only feel the joints of the slides on one of them but didn't hurt or cause any injuries. Some of the slides can be really fast!
Overall a very good experience and would...
Read moreOpens at 10am, takes at least 30 minutes until all the staff is ready so you can go on a waterslide, then this morning at 11:30am they haven’t finished cleaning the pools. At 5:30pm they close all the waterslides and they start packing everything. So you can enjoy yourself for 5 hours max! Staff from Oasis snack bar are very impolite, we had 2 slices of pizza and we told them we want 2 more slices on the same plate, they’ve thrown away the plate and used another, very economic and environmental friendly. The moment you try and ask them something or get an explanation, they forget how to speak English and they just ignore you. They have a sign at the entrance: “it doesn’t matter if you are vaccinated”, I wonder if they put it there using google translate, yeah, you should wear a mask but your poor choices of words worries me. There are signs everywhere to not jump in the water, nobody cares and the staff who stays up on the waterslides sometimes uses their weasels, as if someone can hear what they are screaming from up there or if they are even paying attention every time, THEY REALLY DON’T. This place is a joke really. P.S.: forgot to mentioned that the tiles from the swimming comes off and my son and my daughter cut themselfs as they were playing on the edge. Very safe...
Read moreThe park itself is okay, if you're wanting a few slides for a cheap price then it's ideal, but it didn't seem to be up to many health and safety codes. There was an area in the pool that was just full of green froth/bubbles, some of the slides were painful to go down because of the joins and didn't seem like there was much clearance at the other end (at one point I thought I was going to smash into the pool wall as I landed), and the lifeguards really had zero concern for safety. My boyfriend went down the opposite slide to me, and seemed to be taking a while longer, but as he reaches near the bottom, another woman came flying down and they crashed into eachother. She was very nice and they both asked each other if they were okay, but she could've easily broken something or knocked him in the head, or if it were the other way around she could've been seriously hurt. I told one of the lifeguards, letting him know that the one at the top of the slide clearly wasn't watching and it was very dangerous, and he just said "I know" and put his earphone back in. The food was reasonably priced and good. Like I said, if you don't want to be spending 100s as a family to get into a waterpark then it's a good option, just please be careful and don't expect much life-guarding from...
