Awful experience with this store. I had to wait almost 3 months for my sofa, while they charged the payment in a matter of seconds. First, they delivered the wrong sofa, wrong nuance of color (pink instead of gray) and one of the fabrics was ripped and it took them 3 weeks to acknowledge the mistake (tons of messages, phone calls & a visit f2f to their store in Murcia) + another 3 weeks to deliver the correct sofa, this time with wrong pillows.. again barely replying to my claim, let alone apologizing for the inconvenience caused.. Extremely poor customer service. Due to time constraints I have to keep it this time, but otherwise I would have definitely go for a full refund, there are so many stores here where you can choose from. I definitely don't...

We walked into this furniture shop to have a look at there collection, this to furniture our appartment in Spain. The collection they had on display showed a great variety of nice & good quality furniture with many, many options in color and execution. And this all for sharp prices. The staff (Santi) available spoke English and took all the time for us. Skillfull, helpfull and very friendly. We would highly recommend this store.

A finally one small tip for the store: Serving a coffee...

Lo primero que quiero decir es que nunca he puesto una reseña pero este sitio se lo merece y también comentaros que jamás había entrado en esta tienda hasta este lunes que fui con mi marido Ibamos buscando una cama nido para los niños y si por mi hubiera sido me llevo la tienda entera tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera un chico llamado Fran y no tengo palabras para poder explicar lo bien que nos trató Hacía mucho tiempo que no encontraba personal tan preparado y que realice su trabajo con tantas ganas ,educación y simpatía encantada quedé con este chico Bueno gracias a Fran ahora está es mi tienda favorita de muebles y mira que hay competencia por todos lados pero el que estés comprando algo y te lleves el doble de lo que pensabas comprar eso lo consiguen hoy en día poquitos dependientes por lo menos Conmigo Enhorabuena a Muebles Rey por el increíble fichaje que tienen contratado y por la gran variedad de muebles Hasta mi marido que es alérgico a las compras cuando salimos de muebles rey me dijo Que ratico tan bueno hemos pasado Ya hos digo que deseando volver...
