Walhalla Apartments Alsol — Attraction in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

Empezaré por lo bueno: buena ubicación al centro comercial y de ocio YUMBO, recepcionista simpático,y en si el complejo y la piscina no están mal sino fuera,aquí dejo mi historia..... Nada más llegar el recepcionista me dice que me han dado uno de los mejores bungalow y para mi solito (luego me di cuenta que todo era una gran mentira...).. nada más abrir la terraza me veo colgada dos arañas,las cuales las maté.... luego chequeando en si el bungalow,veo que uno de los baños había muchos bichitos.....pues yo ,tonto de mi,quise darle una oportunidad al sitio,y bueno estaba de vacas,estaba en modo zen y positivo,,.como había dos baños,decidí que dejaba el de los bichos cerrados y me quedaba con el otro(que aparantemente estaba bien)... llega la noche y antes de salir ,me fui a duchar...me doy cuenta que en el plato de ducha hay como 6 bichitos muertos más una cría de cucaracha.... les echo agua y que se vaya por el desagüe......(ahí pensé en llamar al recepcionista ya , pero como a las 22.30 no había nadie ya...pensé,bueno ya mañana voy).... después de ducharme y vestirme me voy al salón,me sirvo una copa,y al rato miro abajo,y me veo correteando dos cucarachas gigantes(al cual tengo algo de fobia),horriblemente intente matarlas y echarlas pero no pude,me fui a dar un voltio al yumbo,volví de madrugada,y cuando me desperté fui al baño,e indescriptible y ASQUEROSO,una plaga de bichos en todo el baño,y el bates lleno de moscas pegadas hasta llegar casi a la taza... habría en el bates como 50 mosquitos pequeñas.....asqueroso,obviamente con el mismo pijama fui al recepcionista.....directamente le enseñe la foto,y si que me cambiaron de habitacion ,pero en plan que yo chequeara primero la que me iban a dar,luego vuelve al bungalow ,haz la maleta ...cámbiate ...etc etc horrible!ya me extrañó que el primer día me desperté de la siesta sobre las 17.00 de la tarde y dentro estaba una limpiadora sin avisar....(obviamente no me vio)... y cuando me desperté y hable con ella,ella me dijo que le habían dicho que se pasase para ver cómo estaba el lugar... claro ahora lo entiendo todo!UNA VERGÜENZA QUE UNO SE DEJE EL DINERO PARA QUE TE DEN UNA HABITACIÓN ASÍ ,NADA CUIDADA SIN FUMIGAR ETC ETC) .... el último día no me dejaron hacer late checkout,cuando para nada el resort estaba lleno(hubiera sido un detalle), y otra vez el tema taxi,al pedir un taxi,parece que les cuesta pedir uno con datafono,la sorpresa es que luego el taxista no tiene,y te tiene que estar acompañando al aeropuerto como si fuera tu padre a que saques dinero,o parar el taxi en medio de la calle a que saques dinero en cualquier banco que no es el tuyo,y claro,que cantidad sacas ya que son un timo..... en fin,NO VUELVO Y NO LO RECMIENDO,.....que no te timen diciendo que es normal,que en Canarias es normal que pase eso,porque no.... eso era una habitación sucia,dejada,sin...

My stay at this hotel was pretty great! When we arrived we had a hard time finding parking places and when we tried calling the reception no one was there. Someone was just walking out of the hotel so they opened the gate for us. And then we needed to wait about 10 minutes inside till someone came to the reception to get us out room. We got the room instantly and the room was well cleaned. It's a great spot for families cause we got 2 rooms, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with a 1 large bed. The wifi in our room worked great. Lovely little apartment hotel a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were modern and included all the amenities required for self catering, even an iron and hair dryer and most kitchen utensils. The rooms were cleaned regularly and towels replaced every 2 to 3 days. The pool was heated but could have been a little warmer during winter but it was still adequate. The hotel staff and cleaners were very nice and helpful. The hotel does not allow inflatables/balls in the pool although allowed us only when nobody else was in the pool. We had a lovely stay here over the new year's and the weather was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to all the staff at Apartmentos Walhalla!!...
