They are probably doing their best. With the huge amount of workforce available in Madrid, why not hire a few more to be able to lower the waiting time for customers? The metal chairs, with a narrow sitting surface, are an absolute punishment for your back Some of the clients have left their trays on the tables instead of emptying them in the designated area which, by the way, is not very visible.
