The waiter (owner) that greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. I asked for vegan options and he immediately proposed a few different dishes that would fit our diet. We agreed on pasta with different fresh vegetables and fajitas with grilled vegetables. He also brought 3 different dips (mayonnaise with garlick -amazing, guacamole and another hot one) with french fries. The food was very tasty and plentiful but also affordable (21 eur). I would recommend this place to all vegan and gluten-free folks as they are mindful of the restrictions but still find a way to make a delicious meal. *****

We went here for some Paella after looking around various places and they did not disappoint! We visited on my husband’s birthday and they made sure we had a great time. The staff are very welcoming and lively leading to a very fun and enjoyable experience. The paella was delicious and the portion was perfect for two! Also it was the best priced paella that we had found all week! Would highly recommend visiting them for an evening meal!

Food served 20+ min after ordering, the place was empty at time of ordering. Kids menu, chicken nuggets were tough, too hard to eat for the kids. The chips were home made style but again too tough for children. The pizza was tasty, but the dough was very thin and again, tough - you need good teeth to bite yourself through it. Staff was friendly. Verdict, wouldn’t go back as the kids struggled with the tough chicken/ chips and pizza dough.

OK, so we been going here many years, the owner Oscar always funny(ish) and entertaining. Although some of his comments are CRINGEY!!

Good to see the restaurant has expended after survival of CVD-19! And the puerto de Santiago area is picking up again. THIS would have been a great time to update the menu, instead of sticking on price labels. Just a bit dated and boring. Nothing wrong with the food, just not fantastic.

The fried cheese too big, starter very bland n poorly garnished, garlic prawns OK but should have some bread, same for the garlic mushrooms which came swimming in far too much oil. Added garlic bread. Needs more choice of starters.

Mixed kebabs were good. Steak cooked well (medium) and pizza base is good and handmade, but lack of toppings. Homemade lasagne also good. More side dishes (rice, canarian potato, zucchini, etc.) and a few new Items Needed.

Overall experience, food OK, good value. Hopefully will be back next year....

Could be Sooooo much better with a Modern Italian...

Nipped in here for a quick meal after a busy day. First waiter was a nice guy and very polite. Order taken quickly and drinks were served no problem. Dinner was served within about 20mins which was great and then it went downhill from here. Another waiter in the restaurant was acting like an absolute weapon, dancing about, shouting and apparently generally harassing people whilst eating their meals. After finishing our meal we were ignored for at least 30mins. At this point loose canon waiter cleared our plates and we requested our bill. 20mins later we were still waiting whilst the show continued like a scene from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and not a bill to be seen. At this point I noticed at least 3 other tables who were all waiting on their bill. We then asked the first waiter for our bill and were promptly ignored for another 20mins. Finally get the bill and payment was made. Mad place, average...

We are a family of 4 and have just completed a 2 weeks holiday, staying next to the San Francisco Restaurant.

We have had our evening meal at this restaurant on most days, trying the omelette, pasta dishes, pizzas, kids' meals, sea food, and side dishes, and the food is amazing! To add to this, the service is second to none! Great food, great people, definitely worth a try, and the cost is very reasonable too! 👌 There isn't any background music playing, plus it isn't a loud restaurant, it's very airy, and they do have multiple fans to help keep you cool with their ice-cold drinks. We did try a few other restaurants in the area, but San Francisco got the 5⭐️ from all the family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant is open through the day also, but we kept to evening meals only.

Thank you for looking after us, and keeping us fed and...
