Had a glass explode with a large sangria whilst drinking it. Soaked my tee shirt and shorts and the seat. Barmaid acted quickly , changed the cushions took away the broken glass. Glass must have had a crack I suppose. It was in my mouth but didn't injure me. We were ready to go anyway so asked for the bill. The sangria was on the bill. When I pointed that out the manager came. He said it wasn't his fault. I said it wasn't my fault either. My clothes were stained with red wine. He started raising his voice telling me I had to pay. He embarrassed me in front of customers, my wife and son. He said I must have put the glass down too hard. After explaining again he was shouting at me.I explained it imploded in my mouth and that's also how my clothes managed to get stained/ soaked. He called me "punta" I think, whatever that is and don't come back. I had a 4 year old with me. We paid the bill minus the sangria. I told him to phone the police and was willing to wait, he was being unreasonable. At the end he offered me a replacement if i paid, i told him two 74 year olds and a 4 year old need to go home. The aggression was intimidating and I left stunned. Worst experience...

What a wonderful bar...Antonio and his brother Francisco are absolutely true gentlemen...top quality bar men...so nice and so friendly...made us feel so welcome..and the drinks were amazing and even went above and beyond with their famous shots that were not even on the menu...they remembered our names and always made time to talk to us even when they were rushed off their feet...i would highly recommend everyone to visit the diamond cocktail bar for a few cocktails or just drinks..the bar is amazing and staff are so beautiful too..and all work so hard and deserve recognitionfor all their hard work....so a big thank you to all....we cant wait to come back and see all the guys again...were going to miss you all...many...
