The worse place to have a meal in Puerto del Carmen. Staff abrupt and why have a restaurant with no menus? Excuse waiting for printing from the UK. Pathetic the prices at the front of this establishment shown were completely different to the prices we were charged. My Sirloin steak was very fatty,looked like a low and cheap class of steak,it tasted of fat just fat utterly disgusting the chips were ok nothing to write home to,the grill tomato was barely grilled or cooked. My partner had Lamb chops well that lamb must had been to weight watchers, very little meat on the chops,the veg served with the chops was cold. We both knew that this establishment love the regulars, but new people like us not so welcoming towards us. Barman shouted at me because of a mistake by a customer and l got the blame. After looking at Google to see what resteraunt/bars were near our apartment I came across this great place. Turned up and it was very busy and just missed out on a table for 3 of us. Was about to go and a couple who were having a drink said they would sit at the bar so that we could sit down and order food. So food and drinks were ordered and came some 20/25 mins later and we was not disappointed. I had the steak and kidney pie and let say the photo doesn't do it justice is was like a breakfast bowl full of steak and kidney absolutely brimming with a great puff pastry lid. Needless to say I left a small bit but it was absolutely gorgeous, we also ordered steak again great size and cooked to perfection and the chicken with mushroom sauce again another big portion. Was recommended the Mucky Duck went there for fish Friday 5 of us great value 20euros for two and bottle of wine which we did not want so you can have pint and soft drink. Karen who served us was really nice so we booked again for steak night same with drinks same price, the guy who had served us I think his name was Shaun was very rude when I said we did not have any drinks with dinner I was informed that we already had drinks which we bought as we were told that we were 20mins early when I said he did not ask what we wanted to drink he told us we did not ask for a drink.
