Parc de l'Estació. — Attraction in Torrevieja

Very nice place Very near the sea It's the old Torrevieja train station the train tracks are still in place It's the end or Start of the yellow brick road as us locals call it Because of its bricks all along it You can walk all the way to the garden centre just outside Los Montesinos and it takes you by the pink lakes It is possible to use a mobile scooter at the end of the yellow brick road near the far end near Los Montesinos but is very understandable gravel bike's have no problem just beware of punchers as the stones are a little rough But the cyclist zoom down it no problem Just be aware the cyclist think they own the route so beware of fast moving cyclist who think you shouldn't be on the path Its a long trip to the end in Los Montesinos so take plenty of water as no shops on the route unless you take a slight detor to Mercadona about half way off the path a bit you can just see it from the route Be safe on it if your health is in question as it is a long walk to the end No toilets on route unless you pop up to the Mercadona toilets Plenty of picnic places on you route Beware NO SWIMMING IN THE Pink lakes as its a nature reserve no swimming in any Spanish...

Very nice little area for people to go! Its good that the people of torrevieja have somewhere to skate and ride but some upgrades would be massively appreciated! A rail, proper flyouts, grindboxes. Any of those would be fairly low cost upgrades that would make the park...

Very nice park especially for skaters, place with ramps for bikes, scooters, rollerskates. Little Play ground for smaller kids, but no swings, no shade, no umbrelas ! In the summer during the daytime it is too...
