The location is nice when it itsn't the busy tourist season but there is a lot of pigeons and the tables aren't cleaned on a regular basis it seems so beware. I'm genuinely baffled though at how rude the guy serving our food was. Like i understand that having to deal with people with limited Spanish is frustrating but he went out of his way to be nasty. And also, he spoke really good English so I don't get what the fuss was about! My guy, you work at a café in the center of town, like I'm sorry you're unhappy with your career choices but sometimes you're gonne encounter tourists! Happened to me all the time when I was a waitress in Berlin! The guy at the counter when i went to pay was nice enough. We had an oat milk Cappuccino, hot chocolate and a slice of Oreo cake. The Capuccino was disgusting, super watery and no foam but that's tricky with plant based milk sometimes. The hot chocolate was still kind of warm when he brought it so okidoki i guess. I visited this cafe with my boyfriend while visiting Valencia some months ago and remembered we had a bad experience with our order, again today we are in Valencia and walked past this beautiful cafe and decided to give it another try…..I am absolutely appalled at the quality of their juices …i again ordered a “juice” Apple carrot and ginger …to receive a watered down smoothie with no taste, I then remembered deeply the last time we visited this place and our experience….annoyed I raised my complaint with the waiter who tried to convince me everything Is natural and if I want it more like a juice they can add water ….it already tastes like lumpy water. I am so confused how a establishment offering juices on the menu can’t even get that right….I make at home this juice or order in cafes across the world and have never tasted something so poor. Beautiful place but sadly their service and quality doesn’t meet the initial visual appease. Avoid if you want to leave feeling satisfied….we are annoyed we have given this place a 2nd chance...

This place is awful. Service is awful. I asked for the tuna sandwich from the display window to eat in and they said we had to go and sit down. We did that and ordered the sandwich from our table. They brought out a chicken sandwich then argued at me that it was tuna when I told them it was chicken. When they returned with the sandwich, they’d just taken the chicken out and put tuna in the same sandwich. I then got ignored by the waitress who i’d returned the sandwich to for the rest of our visit.

I’d also spoken to the man serving ice cream asking if I could buy one for our son then take it to our table as the service was taking so long. He said I couldn’t but if I ordered at the table then I would get it for free as children’s ice creams were free. I ordered a children’s ice cream and they charged me 4 euros.

I asked for tap water and they charged me for bottled water.

The patatas bravas were below par - undercooked potatoes with a little flavour.
