A truly unforgettable cooking experience with Jorge, the real taste of Zaragoza!
I had an incredible time cooking with Jorge. From the moment we met, he made me feel completely welcome. We started with a visit to the local market, where he carefully picked out the freshest local produce and shared stories about the ingredients and regional traditions, it was already a cultural experience before we even started cooking.
In the kitchen, Jorge struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who isn’t a seasoned chef. Every dish we made was absolutely delicious and really brought out the flavors of Zaragoza and Aragonese cuisine. From an amazing Paella to a Spanish omelette, Fantastico !
You can genuinely taste the local culture in every bite fresh vegetables, rich flavors, and traditional techniques made accessible. On top of all that, Jorge is just a fantastic host: warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. This wasn’t just a cooking class; it was a cultural immersion I won’t forget...

We had a great time with Marta, our private tour guide who took us around in a nicer vehicle than I have ever owned. The visit to the olive oil factory was excellent and much better than I expected it would be. They had a great video with an interesting story and the company representative answered a lot of questions and gave us a lot of insights.
They had to substitute another winery due to issues beyond their control. The small family owned business was interesting made us feel very welcome. Very generous with meat and cheese at the tasting.
Marta was great and we soon felt like we were on road trip with a good friend. If you are a fan of history, I would certainly explore the possibility of combining the olive oil tour with a visit to the Belchite ghost town. We haven’t done it, but it’s something I’m going to look into next visit.
Highly recommend you consider using these folks for your tours in and...
Read moreWe, my dad and I, loved Jorge. We did two separate tours with him and both were fantastic experiences. First we met him to do the Tapas/Wine tour. He was very sociable and gave us a brief history of the city. His insights gave me a new appreciation for Zaragoza. I am new to Tapas and had read one thing while researching how tapas work in Spain, but was so glad we went with Jorge, because I definitely didn't have the full grasp. He included both history and taste in his tour and even called an audible and switched to a different final venue when we said we had never tried one type of food (croquettes). Very good. The next morning we did the olive oil and Belchite Spanish Civil War memorial. He picked us up from our hotel on time, drove safely to Belchite, explained local history along the way and answered my dad's many questions. I only wish we had a third day to do his cooking tour. 10/10 highly recommend booking at least one...
