I just came again today around 17:30. I was totally disappointed and embarrassed when we arrived to order, I was waiting almost 3 minutes for two staff ladies talking without caring even we were presented in front of them. I have to repeat the order for 4 times regarding Icecream favours. Then she made wrong thing and showing bad emotion and annoying to us. No even sorry but angry at me instead!!! If you want to see more details let check your security VDO camera what she did!!!! They may not recognized that I was a customer here for 2 years when I was student in Lugano.

Ice cream is still remaining good quality as it was BUT the service very terrible and unprofessional work here by theses 2 ladies. They may not know I understand Italian!! They not respect at all clients. They need to be trained.

I took my friend from Munich and introduced your shop this time what I got was terrible and uneducated staffs serving me.

I waited for approximately 10 min to order, the staff was stressed and probably therefore shockingly rude. I bought icecream for me and my husband and was not slow but at one time asked about a flavor. When I was about to order the second icecream, I was told that I could go and stand in line again if I wanted another flavor/icecream, ”couldn’t I see that there was a line?”. Thereafter the guy (staff) was loudly sighing, which he also did when the old man before me in line didn’t immediately figure out where their card machine was located.
