We live in Lugano and tonight had a beautiful dinning experience with our two children in this incredible Restaurant.

Our waitress, Claudia was so attentive and made the experience so much better and easy while we managed two young babies. The food is so authentic and a credit to the chef for delivering on a real Puglia experience in Lugano. It is a breath of fresh air to have this unique restaurant in Lugano that really sets itself apart as such a unique experience.

They have music nights on Thursday which myself and the wife have already booked as we are so impressed with food quality, service and beyond all the dinning experience.

Please by all means come to this restaurant. Everything about it screams, “authentic, great atmosphere, fantastic food, and a wonderful evening”. Pepito and Claudia were AMAZING. They really take their time in educating you on each dish and explaining the originality and flavors. This place should get a 10/5 star rating! We are for sure going to come back. Das Restaurant besticht zunächst durch sein ansprechendes Ambiente - die Inneneinrichtung ist wirklich gelungen und schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre. Auch die Tatsache, dass hier frische Pasta hausgemacht wird, weckt hohe Erwartungen. Leider werden diese Erwartungen jedoch nicht erfüllt. Die Portionsgrößen sind für den verlangten Preis deutlich zu klein geraten. Man verlässt das Restaurant mit dem Gefühl, nicht satt geworden zu sein, obwohl die Rechnung durchaus üppig ausfällt. Noch enttäuschender ist jedoch der Geschmack - trotz der hausgemachten Pasta fehlt es den Gerichten an der nötigen Würze und dem gewissen Etwas, das man sich bei diesen Preisen erwarten würde. Das Servicepersonal zeigt sich zwar oberflächlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch schwingt eine gewisse Überheblichkeit mit, die das gesamte Restauranterlebnis überschattet. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Freundlichkeit eher professionelle Routine als echte Gastfreundschaft ist. Das schöne Ambiente allein reicht leider nicht aus, um die Schwächen in Küche und Service zu kompensieren. Für uns ist ein Wiederkommen ausgeschlossen - bei der Vielzahl an Alternativen in der Stadt gibt es definitiv bessere Optionen für authentische italienische Küche mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
