Prime Mountain Sports Engelberg | Ski-, Snowboard- & Bikeschule — Attraction in Engelberg

Our child has attended ski lessons with Prime Mountain Engelberg Skischule every single year since February 2017. And every year, we are extremely happy with the results!

Until this year (2025), our child was enrolled in group classes, and we were thrilled with the small class sizes that allowed for plenty of individual attention. The instructors were able to focus on each child's unique needs, ensuring they felt confident and supported on the slopes.

This year, we opted for a private lesson to really focus on just our child's needs and wants. Her Prime instructor, Emilia, was amazing! My child wouldn't stop raving all day long (and the days after!), how much they loved Emilia, and how fun it was to ski harder slopes with her. She not only made learning fun but also provided encouraging and constructive feedback tailored to my child's progress. Her guidance boosted our child's confidence and helped them improve their skills significantly in just a short time. By the end of the lesson, our child was confidently skiing down challenging red pistes slopes and couldn't stop smiling! It was a perfect match!

I highly recommend Prime Mountain Engelberg Skishule to any parent looking to introduce their kids to skiing in a fun and supportive environment.

The Prime Instructor (Sina) was fantastic with our 9 year old. Our daughter was not very confident (we are from Australia and she hadn’t skied in 2 years) but Sina made her feel comfortable straight away. We couldn’t believe how quickly our daughter progressed with Sina - she started out doing blue runs ….and yesterday we skied down as a family …on black runs (after only 4 lessons). Most importantly Sina took our daughter to all the fun places for kids (the snow fun park …a small ski riding area in a little pine forest…)….She saw the fun and adventure of skiing. Sina also took her to lunch and was flexible with where to meet us after the lesson. Sina also taught our daughter a few words in German and talked to her about the local area of Engelberg (the lakes, the alps in summer, the monastery). We are so grateful and happy with the experience our had with Sina (a natural teacher with children) and with Prime. We had 3 Skiing lessons with Michael which were brilliant and really helped us improve our skiing. We had only ski’d blue runs the year before and struggled on some of the steeper sections, but by the end of our 1st lesson Michael had already got us through this section comfortably and also down a red part of the run with no problems. We were then on reds for the next 2 days and felt much more confident with the advice he’d given us. Micheal was a great teacher and also really easy to get along with and have a good laugh during our lessons which made it a very enjoyable experience, would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their skiing and have a good holiday,...
