I like the pizza it’s tasty, but I didn't like the service, waitress was kinda rude and when we order a take away pizza they didn’t cut it and they don’t give us enough ketchup (only one ketchup for two dishes ?!!) and when we ask for more ketchup they don’t seem to like it even tho it’s not a big deal but I didn’t feel welcomed there as if I will not pay for the food, also when we ask for more ketchup and a knife she said you order take away why you kept coming back. I’m sorry what !? Ofc I will come back the pizza is not in pieces and from where I will bring a knife if I’m a tourist there and there was not enough ketchup that’s why we came back. Also another thing they said that they only sell pizza and salad here and I really wanted some French fries but she said that they don’t have, but one of my family members went again on the same day and after a couple of hour they sell her French fries can you please explain why?? I’m here to get a good service and I will pay for that I’m not there to eat for free I’m sorry but for that way you are losing customers, Also one more thing after I order one pizza for 2 person she told that there is extra charge for 5 franks because you are two for one pizza but I will pass it this time, first of all: she should tell me that before I order not after because I don’t know that there was such a rule, second of all: what type of rule is that???? I will eat a whole pizza for myself?? Of course I will share it. Please Please if you don’t want to lose more customers fix...

I was actually looking forward to come back here as we had been here quite a few times when we rented a flat for some years in Engelberg 2010-2013. However, coming here with a group of 15 in total, I was not impressed. Food was average, but service was poor. The waiter got the order incorrect in a couple of occasions, when pointing out I had a metal capsule in the bottom of my draft beer glass, I did not even get an excuse from the owner, just shrug his shoulders. And yes, as several others say, even though we bought wine, beer etc, we got charged 7 CHF for 1 small caraff of tap water. If we had nothing else, fine, but we did also order other drinks then tap water should be free in my view. They also charged for boxes to bring home food we did not manage to finish. Very sad this restaurant have turned into this, going from a 4.5 star 12 years ago, to a 2 star. Will definitely not return anymore, and recommend others to consider other restaurants...
