My son loves the place but I would appreciate if the staff can check and refill the toilet paper more regularly. Yesterday my son and his friends went. I was told that it was not busy there at all coz most people were skiing on the beautiful sunny day. After my son finished his „business“ in the washroom, he found out there’s no more toilet paper. Visited with our kids snowboard team. Girl on the reception didnt want to let us in unless kids show her proof that they have passed introductory course, which they did a year ago and visited the place a week ago again and were let in by the same lady. So we had to wait 30 minutes until she found kids in the former computer database. Extremly bad customer expirience. Anyway the hall is great and besides that not very smart lady I recommend...

Very nice place for young and a bit older. Just make sure you check the schedule before you plan your visit. All age appropriate visitors must do an introduction course for an hour and then you are good to go. For kids up to 6 year old they have special times on Sundays. Our kids loved this place.
